You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.) Rooftop video projectors are stored in the 3rd floor bedroom closet.

Road trip to Nashville

We stayed at Downtown at the Gulch in Nashville and was extremely happy with the property. The townhouse was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the rooftop deck, garage, and location. We felt very safe. Easy walk to eateries and ice cream places at the Gulch. Would recommend staying here. We will definitely come back.

Stay at Gulch

We had a nice experience while staying there. The only complaint was across from our rental they parked there 3 cars outside and it was extremely hard to get into this narrow garage. We had to tell them to move the cars but at least 1 was always outside blocking our garage and making it extremely hard to get into the garage.

Loved this condo. Plenty of room and the rooftop patio was an added bonus. Really close to downtown.

Great location.

Great location, good communication with host, but not as comfortable as I would hope! Please consider shades that cover windows properly given proximity to other residences, and large windows! And coat hangers please!

Great place for corporate tradeshow

Our team really enjoyed their stay here! It was a bit confusing since it's part of another agency and the billing was confusing for my finance team. The smoke detectors did go off during our stay and since the ceilings were so high we were unable to replace them ourselves. We had to put in a ticket with the team and it was taken care of that day. It's a great location surrounded by other similar places and it was very close to Broadway and the music city convention cente.r.

Birthday Trip

The place was very nice. Used the roof top every morning for coffee and every night when we got back. Lots of stairs getting up to it but we did it. Bed in the master room made for the best sleep I had in a long time. Communication when I had questions was with a quick response. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Nashville Living

The Condo was absolutely as beautiful as the pictures described. Location was just far enough off Broadway so it was quiet at night and easily accessible to the Gulch by foot. Perfect location between the Gulch and the Broadway strip.

Nice property, loved the rooftop deck

Stayed with another couple and really enjoyed the property and rooftop deck. Property manager was very responsive. Loved having the tandem garage so we could park safely, forget the cars and use ride share all weekend.

The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the rooftop outdoor space. The perfect place to celebrate my daughter turning 21!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, great location, very clean. I would definitely say this is for adults only also lots of stairs, so be aware of that. Nice rooftop deck. We did have a little trouble locating it with Waze app. google was much better as far as getting into park.

Disappointed

The house was very nice except that the hairdryer was not there, but they brought one the following day. There were no hangers in the closet, pictures were missing from the walls, wasp nest off the balcony in the dining room and the worst was the exhaust fan did not work in master toilet room. The windows were very large and the curtains were very difficult to close and some did not cover the entire window so lots of light and heat shone through. Also the main reason we chose this place was for the sun deck. But in was so hot the entire day, we never were able to use it. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown.

Great Bachelorette Weekend!

The property is well appointed and close to the Gulch which was easily walkable. We had everything we needed, although having a hairdryer at the residence would have been a very nice addition. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Poorest management on VRBO

The amount of issues with this managed property is shocking. When we arrived the unit was in in sub par condition. Cleaned YES, but maintained, NO NO NO! There were so many issues it would not do it justice to list them here. I debated pulling up and staying at a hotel, until day 5 when they finally came through and fixed some of what was wrong. I also thought this might be isolated to only my townhouse when in fact the neighbor had to leave/relocate because of a gas leak!!! After they went out for the day to avoid the gas leak, their unit was also left UNLOCKED! Again the most inept management which was clearly not isolated to my stay! Avoid this property and Unwind Luxury at all costs!

Nashville bachelorette

The location was great and the property is beautiful. I wish the daybed that’s in the pictures was still in the condo but we made it work. The average Uber price to broadway was $7! We all had a great time!

Great weekend

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful home. The rooftop porch gave us some great views. Jeff was the best! He carried a grill up all those flight of stairs. Property management took great care of us when needed. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Great place and close to many great restaurants and shops. It was clean and beds were comfy. Just a few things I thought this place needs to provide is silverware. I looked everywhere in the cabinets for the silver ware only to find out there wasn’t any for me to eat my breakfast, so bring your own plastic ware if you plan to eat while staying here.

Very Nice

This is a very nice place in a nice location, and would stay here again. There are a lot of stairs as other reviews have mentioned but they are not bad. We liked the setup of a master type setup on the first floor and a true master on the 3rd floor. The rooftop is great just make sure to bring extra drinks it is two floors back down to the kitchen. The only negative is that there is not anything super close walking distance for breakfast or coffee. Luckily we had a car and went to the market so we were able to make coffee in the morning. The ubers are plentiful and not that expensive but having a car is a bonus depending on how long you are here for we were 5 nights.

New Spacious Good Location

5 adults ages 50+ stayed here very comfortably. We had a couple of friends visit us that live in the area therefore it was nice on the main floor for entertaining. I contacted mgmt prior to securing the VRBO regarding the fire pit on roof to make sure it was operating and they confirmed it was. It did work for 5 mins and then we noticed no gas in either grill or fire pit tanks. These should’ve been checked or at least disclose that one needs to provide their own. The bunk beds in 3rd bedroom are metal framed and move when either person top or bottom move around. The house is not well insulated for sound, you can hear most everything going on in the home including midnight jaunts to the bathroom if staying in 3rd floor bedrooms. I understand the bottom floor bedroom is the place to be to alleviate this. Not a place for little tots, lots of stairs to be aware of and lots of windows that could use more room darkening treatments for sleeping in. We visit the area several times a year so we don’t typically do any of the Nash sightseeing etc “Been there done that” We literally spend the time together catching up and making more memories and this particular weekend never left the house after arriving. I would recommend staying here or the others tied to this particular group. Note I believe this home has the best skyline view of them. End unit more privacy.
