Great location

Perfect place for any group, well built condo baths and bedrooms private. Mattresses were very comfortable. Loved the rooftop. Place could have been a little cleaner but over all great value and would stay again. Communication and check in was very good.

The gulch area was super cute, also a short Uber to broadway. The condo was really cute, perfect for a bachelorette party. We had 8 people and slept very comfortably! Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was great, had an issue with a leaking drain line in the ceiling. The trap design in the washer is messed up.Otherwise no complaints and well rent again

Perfect for our girls weekend

The space was person for our group of 8. Everyone had their own space and the rooftop was perfect for lounging. We utilized the rooftop more than the rest of the house for sure. Perfect atmosphere. Location was also a mile away from all of our adventures.

Nice place!

The place was very clean, very roomy, very nice. The rooftop was a nice plus. I just wish it was a little closer to Broadway (within walking distance). We rented a car and the garage was perfect. The only issue we had was that the batteries in the keypad on the front door were dead, and we couldn’t get in . thank God the cleaning manager was working on another unit and saw that we couldn’t get in and let us in and replaced the batteries right away (and extra towels when we asked for them). Definitely would recommend this place! (McDougall‘s on the corner has excellent fried chicken strips.)

Vice nice location

We had a very nice time in Nashville celebrating my daughters 21st Birthday. Our only complaint was that we only receive 4 towels for 10 people. Also, not all the beds had pillows so we had to use the couch cushions. Otherwise, very nice property and location!

Good location, nice property

We came to town for our son’s 21st. We slept 10 comfortably, the beds were soft but good. Great location, ride shares were easy & quick to Broadway. The condo is a fun layout but the overall cleanliness could be improved. Seems like a deep clean is in order. It wasn’t filthy, but lacked detailed cleaning. Overall it was a great spot for our group and we would stay again. The host was very informative and check-in & check-out simple. The garage fit our SUV and Jeep Wrngler with no issue.

Birthday celebrations

This was a spacious place a group.However, it needed a paint job, many black marks on white walls, kitchen not equipped, no cutting board spatulas and lacking proper size utensils. Shower curtain was dirty. No blow dryers anywhere!! Roof top was neglected and communication was not great. Wanted to talk to a real person.

Bday weekend getaway

The Townhouse was perfect and just what a girl needed for her bday weekend! The house was clean and comfortable. The rooftop was perfect for starting and ending the days. We were within walking distance of several fun restaurants and shopping. Broadway was easy to get to as well. Like the other reviews mentioned, be prepared for buying extra TP and laundry soap if you use the washer. Our units had a security car out front which was not mentioned to us so that was a little alarming at first (seeing a random car parked in the driveway all night). The unit number also wasn’t noted in the check-in so be prepared to ask. All in all, great stay and recommend!

Great home!

This home was perfect for our group of 9. Exactly as pictured! Plenty of space, and the rooftop was incredible. Had plenty of linens and comfortability which was great since we flew into town and couldn’t bring them with us. Super close to all the Nashville hot spots via Uber/Lyft, and close enough to scooter to the Gulch shops/restaurants. Very few cleaning supplies available though, and the kitchen supplies were extremely minimal. No large pots/pans, or cookie sheets, but we made it work! Plenty of plates and cups to use as well. Would recommend bringing your own toilet paper/paper towels though, as only one roll provided per room. Extra trash bags would’ve been helpful too. Overall, super great stay with easy check in and no issues.

Great Location - Needs a deep clean & small maintenance!

Our group of 7 loved this location and the house overall. Our group booked this for a weekend getaway and enjoyed time together on the main floor with the kitchen and living room when not out exploring Nashville. Our biggest disappointment came with how clean the place was - especially the baseboards and walls. The place has been heavily abused by some groups and needs a DEEP clean and small maintenance (garbage disposal, toilet seats, pest control, window in master bath). Also, with COVID-19 we expected some type of spray to keep the kitchen clean but nothing. Lastly, the ants were out of control on the third floor in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Nashville Trip

The highlights: You're close to downtown, music row and the Gulch. The rooftop patio is cute and fun. Plenty of space in the house. Beds were comfy to sleep on. Property management is quick to respond and solve issues if they arise - for example, we tried to use the firepit the first night and it wouldn't work, they brough new propane tanks for firepit and grill the next morning. The downside: The property is pretty beaten up, lots of scuffs, dirt, and dust. Towels and linens were clean but don't look too closely anywhere else, it's surface cleaned and that's it. Bunk beds feel like they are ready to fall apart and I wouldn't trust putting an adult on them. Bare minimum of kitchen necessities and no extra TP/trash bags, etc. are provided so make sure you pack some even for a short trip. The 2 car garage will only work for 2 cars if you have smaller vehicles. Our standard truck / SUV combo didn't fit, there's no other option for parking so we had to leave the garage open. There should be a deadbolt on the door into the house from the garage given the safety concerns mentioned in the listing.

The kitchen was beautiful. There was not enough utensils. The cookware was old and pots were scratched. There was no dishwashing soap or sponges to clean up or dishwasher detergent. No cleaning supplies such as Windex. There were no extra paper towels or extra towels for the bathroom and not enough soap in all the bathrooms.

Nashville Girls Trip

Property is in a good location. Check in process was easy. Property was not fully cleaned. There was spill stains on the wall by the rooftop as well as the floor on the bedroom levels. The kitchen and living room level had ants. Property says it sleeps 10, however did not have 10 bed pillows or towels. The first night of stay, the thermostat was locked and the bedroom level was high 70s. We contacted property management company who was responsive and sent a maintenance man out to replace the thermostat, however new thermostat was not properly installed and was blowing heat. Bedroom level got up to 93 degrees, which was an actual oven. Guest did not sleep well. We received a refund for cleaning fees but were denied a refund for the unacceptable temperature levels.

To any future guests: We did issue a refund for both the AC issues and the cleanliness complaints. This review does adequately reflect the issues or our response.
