Complete house of 80m2 near the port of Lake Aix-les-Bains. With a contemporary style, you will spend a pleasant holiday with the furnished terrace and a welcoming living room.

- On the first floor: a beautiful living room with a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs; a fully equipped kitchen with island table for lunch; a separate toilet.

Upstairs: a furnished balcony; a first bedroom with a queen size bed (160); a second bedroom with a double bed (160); a third bedroom with a double bed (160); a bathroom with shower, bathtub and a toilet.

You will feel comfortable during your stay with: a Flat Screen TV, wifi, Refrigerator, Freezer, Hob, Oven, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, etc...

Private parking: a parking space is included.

The accommodations are equipped with a security system with camera that is installed only in front of the front door.

*Please note that the accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description, propre, très agréable et fonctionnel, très bien équipé.Très bien situé : pharmacie et petit commerce d'appoint, plage de Mémard agréable et mise à l'eau accessibles rapidement à pied ; Ambiance sympathique de la marina à proximité, bars, restaurants, animations...Circulation en voiture aisée si nécessairePossibilité de rejoindre de nombreux circuits de randonnée et bien sûr le lac et ses alentours. Tout simplement magnifique !Nous recommandons l'ensemble.

Chouette logement mais sans volet en pleine chaleur bon courage !!

Le logement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel. La literie est neuve et de qualité ce qui est précieux pour un séjour long notamment. Seul gros bémol : l’absence de volet à toutes les fenêtres! Il n’y a que des stores non opaques qui ne permettent pas de conserver la fraîcheur dans la maison en pleine canicule et laisse passer la lumière dès le lever du jour! Un peu étonnant pour un logement et le prix à la nuité! Ne pas craindre la chaleur donc ni d’être réveillé des 06h30 du matin!
