Adjacent to the Peconic Bay off a quiet street in Mattituck / Laurel border sits this charming 2 bedroom and 1 bath home PLUS an entirely separate guest house with a queen bed and private bathroom! The main house features a gourmet kitchen that was recently renovated with high end appliances that any seasoned cook would enjoy. Our living room has a Sonos sound system, a wood burning fireplace, a smart TV and very comfortable furniture to relax in while enjoying this room!

In the backyard, there are amazing flowers and foliage which will be in full bloom come summer. With an open yard for hanging out, we also have an outdoor shower, a gas grill, various seating arrangements, and an outdoor ping pong table. All of this is approximately 100 yards to our own private path to the Peconic Bay Beach literally just across the street.

We have boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, adult bikes, and an umbrella and much more. This house is perfect for people that want added privacy as the main house is completely separate from the guest house

This is an adorable North Fork summer home at its best!

Wonderful Long Island stay!

We were very lucky to find this wonderful property for our vacation on Long Island! The house is very well appointed and very cute with lots of comfortable furniture for lounging. It is central to fantastic restaurants (most importantly, Magic Fountain ice cream!), and is easy walking distance to the beach. There is a small guest house with the property that was perfect for hosting some friends from NYC during our stay, and the large outdoor garden and grill allowed us to keep appropriate social distancing precautions with them. We also had the distinction of being at the house when Hurricane Henri was bearing down straight towards us– nerve-wracking to say the least! Jay was amazingly helpful and reassuring during this, providing us with all the information and materials we needed to weather the storm, and the confidence to ride it out. Without question, this is a 5-star experience.

North Fork cottage

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house and guest house are bigger than the photos and have lots of charm. The house is very well appointed with a great Kitchen. The baths have lots of amenities including plush bath towels. The yard is large with a great seating area and fire pit. You can walk to the Peconic Bay and the ocean is just a 30 minute ride away. The location is close to restaurants, groceries and specialty food stores. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay

Really enjoyable stay in a wonderful property situated right in the heart of the North Fork. The house is a great stopping point with an excellent patio for bbq’ing and entertaining as a group. We had two children with us and both loved running around in the garden. Lovely evenings by the fire pit and cottage is a lovely little space. It’s managed by a lovely couple who are helpful and attentive.

Fantastic Vacation Retreat

We had an amazing week at this beach bungalow. Jim and Judy were great hosts and answered every question we had. The home is even nicer than the photos look. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and the back cottage was great for them to have their own space. House is walkable to a great bay beach and so close to farms and wineries. A throughly relaxing trip with great hosts!

Exactly what we needed

The house is charming and we love the proximity to the bleach. The host were in constant communication witch is always welcome. The backyard with grill is lovely and we can only recommend the house. We hope ourself that we will get to stay in the near future once more. Cyril Brigette et Quincy
