2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – WALK TO MAIN STREET AND GONDOLA - EASY SKI SHUTTLE ACCESS! Perfect for up to 8 guests. 107 North Harris St, unit #319.

Enjoy your mountain getaway in this beautiful downtown 2 bed, 2 bath condo. This top floor, 2 story unit has incredible views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Main St is only 2 blocks and the free gondola that runs year-round is 3 blocks away. The FREE bus stops right in front of the complex.

Park your car in your reserved spot in the heated, locked garage and quickly walk anywhere in Breck without having to worry about parking. There are additional free outdoor spots as well. 2 elevators make getting up to the 3rd floor quick and easy. Kick back and relax in the indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. There is coin laundry on site and the unit comes stocked with linen, towels, soaps, crib, ironing board, and other essentials. You'll find the unit has all your favorite board games, a gas fireplace, and 3 flat screen TVs.

- PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID CDC PROTOCOLS
- CONTACTLESS CHECK IN WITH THE SMART LOCK

1st floor: Master king bedroom (w/ attached bathroom), Kitchen, living room, patio. Queen size memory foam sleeper sofa.
2nd floor: Lofted bedroom (2 queen beds), attached bathroom.


NOTES:
- Strict no smoking policy- no smoking or vaping in units or outside on balconies or common areas (heavy fines enforced)
- No pets allowed (contact me for exceptions, pet fee with apply)
- No parties or events
- Our cleaning crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections; check in is at 4:00 PM.
- There is no Air Conditioning (not needed). Due to the mild high alpine climate, most properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
- If driving, make sure to check CDOT and Goole Maps for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.
- We are not liable for personal property left behind. We will do our best to recover it but there are no guarantees.

Great place and great location

This place was in a prime location from the town and Gondola, very spacious, the hot tub and pool was also a great add on to the vacation after a long day on the slopes, would highly recommend and would highly book again

Great Location…easy walk to gondola

We had the pleasure of staying at David’s condo over Presidents’ Day weekend. The location is perfect with an easy 8 minute walk to the gondola and Main Street. The condo was great and easily slept our family of 5.

Wonderful location in heart of Breck!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, within walking distance to Main St! Very comfortable for a family of 4. Kitchen accessories could use a little updating - pots and pans were in very bad shape and could not find oven mits. Great space otherwise!

Great condo walking distance from everything on Main Street Breck

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the bed were comfortable. The manager was great with responding to our questions. The location couldn't be more perfect; just blocks from main street and the shopping and restaurants we wanted to go to. The view from the deck was beautiful as well. We had fun playing the board games that were there. We were bummed the pool wasn't open but it looked nice.

Great Breck Hangout Spot! The perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was traveling with my elderly mother and the contactless checkin helped reduce any possible Covid exposure. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The mountain views were spectacular and it was nice being right in town so close to everything. The hot tub and pool were closed for Covid but the place was stocked with tons of board games so we had plenty to do in the evening. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Breck!

Perfect getaway!

So happy we found this place! It was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The condo was beautiful, clean and quiet. There were new board games for the kiddos and a crib for our littlest one, plus flat-screen TVs in each of the bedrooms (so nice!). The designated parking spot and elevator made our hauls super easy. Also, the balcony has amazing mountain views! We loved drinking our morning coffee from there. David was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again next time we're in town!

Great Location!

The location is so great, close walk to Main Street and the Gondola, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Heated garage was a great feature. The condo had a cozy feeling. Large smart tv with all the apps! Kitchen is decently stocked, we ate almost every meal in. Beautiful view out the windows of the sunrise each morning! The courtyard area was great for younger kids to play in the snow out of the wind and close to the condo. Everything was very easy and explained out for us. Would go back in a heartbeat!

New year skiing

The host was very responsive to any and all questions and helped to provide solutions. However, the property was not very clean when we arrived and did not have sufficient items for our stay. The host offered for the cleaners to provide additional things, they did not turn up. The location was great but the unit is tired and needs some updating (the bathrooms had been partially updated just not well cleaned) and thorough cleaning Is needed prior to guests arriving.

I had the unfortunate realization that we had a Karen on our hands from the get-go. She sent us a message complaining of there being not enough towels, a “smell in the condo”, and poor water pressure upstairs. You can imagine my confusion since I was just in the unit before they checked in and confirmed no smell, plenty of towels, and great water pressure. I messaged her explaining how to use the very basic shower head (which fixed their “water pressure issue”) and where there were more towels. I also offered to have the cleaners come back to clean whatever they wanted, but she refused (because the place was spotless). I think it was a misguided attempt to force me into giving them a credit/refund. People like this should be banned from the platform.

Amazing views

The process was so easy. Location was perfect. We could walk to Main St in a few minutes. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. Mountains and sunsets. You can see the Gondolas from there. It could have been a bit cleaner. It smelled very clean and that was important to me. The upstairs bath needs some work. It was clean but linoleum was pulling up and there was a hole in the wall by the toilet. No closets upstairs so hooks or a rod somewhere would be helpful. We would definitely rent this again.

Hey Karen, during your stay you never gave me any notification that the place was anything less than perfect, something we strive for. I'm disappointed to see you left a 4-star review after saying how much you enjoyed the condo. A 4 star review makes it very hard to keep Premier Host status. I was hoping you'd do more to dispel the reputations of being a "Karen", but alas you stayed true to the name.

Satisfactory plus

Great property overall and communication with the owner was surperb. The condo did need some minor maintenance such as the garbage disposal and fireplace did not work. Also the dining table chairs are in need of replacing. They look nice but padding is gone. Plus a towel rack upstairs kept falling off the wall. Cleaning crew also needs to pay more attention to detail such as the used panties on the deck and lack of extra garbage bags. And for the life of me I can’t figure out why a broom and dust pan were not provided? All on all though we had a great stay.

Hey Gary, I wish you would have reached out during your stay and given me a chance to help you instead of keeping silent and leaving a less than stellar review. 4 star reviews make it impossible to keep my SuperHost status. The fireplace and garbage disposal are brand new, I was there just after you checked out and confirmed both are working perfectly. The table chairs have just been replaced, and the towel rack has been fixed. There is a broom and dustpan in the kitchen closet, I would been happy to show you where they were had you asked for them.

Great in town rental

This was our second trip to Breckinridge. This time we wanted to stay closer to town and were not disappointed. First, the check-in/check-out process was simple and easy (one of the easiest VRBO’s we’ve ever had). Second, while not expected, the indoor garage parking was a nice benefit (I can see this being even more so the case in winter). Third, the condo itself was very nice and well kept. While the building itself is a bit older, the condo was very clean and had a modern feel to it. It may look and seem a bit small, but our family of six were able to hang out and not feel on top of one another. It also has a great balcony with an amazing view of the northern part of the mountain (one of our pre-reqs), perfect to go along with our morning coffee (or pre-dinner cocktail). Most of the time it was quiet and serene but, because of the location (more on that in a bit), there were times of increased car/foot traffic (not a negative, just something to note). Finally, the location was perfect. We were within EASY walking distance to some of our favorite eating spots (Downstairs at Eric’s, Columbine Cafe, Motherloaded, Fattie’s Pizza, Higgles Ice Cream, and our new favorite Canteen Tap House and Tavern) and the gondola. If we drove somewhere, getting in and out of town was easy. Overall, 5/5. Would recommend, and stay here again.

Pre Christmas getaway

This is a great property to stay in for a ski trip at Breck. It was so nice to be able to walk to dinner after a long day on the mountain. We had two families and fit comfortably enough.
