In Grimaud, for your holidays in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, we propose you a Provencal villa located in a secure estate in absolute calm and peace area, close to the Beauvallon golf course.
It comprises: an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, etc.), 2 bedrooms (beds: 160x200) on the ground floor with shower/bathroom and toilet. Laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200m) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a shower room and toilet.
Outside, there is a large summer lounge with a gas barbecue, a bowling green and a swimming pool.
Benefits: Air conditioning in bedrooms only, Wi-fi (Fibre), parking for numerous cars.
