Very nice appartement with a beautiful terrace

We stayed with two adults and two kids (12, 13). The appartement is very nice and spacious - especially the terrace is a charm for summer evenings! Contact with the lanlord was always quick and helpful - thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

An amazing loft apartment - beautiful furniture and stunning light fittings

We were very happy here. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotlessly clean and we were well situated for traveling by tram and bus to the city centre. St Gilles is a great neighborhood for cafes, shops and bars.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. They told me it was occupied then charged me for the visit. This is a scam.

Apartment was double booked

The apartment was double booked but didn’t get cancelled in app. This was only communicated one day before the day of arrival. The landlord did not take any action to cancel the booking but asked me to solve it myself via vrbo. So far I did not receive my money back.

Great Brussels location

This is our second trip to Brussels, and will most likely not be the last, as our daughter, her husband, and my granddaughter live there, and our stay at "Glaciere 10" could not have been better. We found the place with no issues, and the remote check-in process got us in with minimal issues. We had to call the manager to locate the keys, but he answered quickly and got us in. Be mindful, you are in an old European city and the buildings are older, with many steps, so if you are not a climber, be careful when you book. That being said, the place was perfect and as described, with a well-appointed kitchen, ample living space, and a deck to enjoy the summer evenings, which are long in the summer. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. As for the location, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, takeaways, and grocery stores in the area, and although we mostly ate out, we did cook dinner one evening, and the local butcher (around the corner) was amazing. If you want to experience Brussels, this place puts you there.

Appartement non disponible à notre arrivée malgré le SMS envoyé à l'hôte 2 jours avant !!! Nous nous sommes retrouvées à la rue ...... Cette personne est non fiable et nous a mis en grande difficulté
