A home with all the Lake charm and awesome location is right at your fingertips! This home sits in a quiet, calm water cove on the 10 mile marker and is just around the corner from Franky & Louie's Beach Front Bar & Grill. Galley-style kitchen and open living space with updated wood floors and paint. Two bedrooms and 1 full bath on the main level and 2 additional guest bedrooms and 1 full bath on the lower . A large family room downstairs adds more entertaining space for all your friends and family plus features a wood-burning stove for those chilly lake nights. Two levels of deck space and a fantastic lakeside martini deck are perfect for enjoying the lake life. The dock is a 2 well dock with 1 well being filled in with decking for extra entraining space.

Our cove is a NO WAKE cove. If you have a boat or PWC, do not go above IDLE SPEED or you will be ticketed by MHP who patrols our cove.

Perfect Family Vacation

Check in process was easy and host was super communicative. House fit all 8 people comfortably, each couple had their own bedroom. We spent most of our time outside and loved the swim dock! Plenty of space for all of us and we were even able to walk to Frankie and Louie’s for lunch. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. 🙂

Great get away

Our group had a great time. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite place was the boat dock. Great place to swim and hang out. The neighbors were really friendly. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. We enjoyed it!

So much fun!

We really enjoyed this property! It had plenty of room for us adults up stairs and young adults downstairs. The decks were always shaded which we loved! The dock was in a super calm cove, loved the hammocks, and the furniture. There was a dorm fridge on the dock for snacks or drinks. We put our waverunner in at Frankie and Louies. Then just tied it up to the dock. It was so calm no need for bumpers. Another bonus was the fenced in backyard for my son’s dog and our dog. Even the dogs enjoyed it! We also loved the location. Close to Laurie and Osage Beach. Would rent again.

Relaxing 4th of July

Our family comes to the lake for the 4th almost every year. It’s been since 2019 this time for me. We wanted to stay in a house with its own dock and swim area. This house was perfect!! We tied up our own boat on the side of the dock and had plenty of swim area on the other side. We were able to hang out on the dock in the evening. My kids slept great!! We really enjoyed our time.

Great Location

3 night stay with 6 family members and pets. Great location. Everything we needed was in the house. Highly recommend.

Location was great

Tim was very responsive with any questions that we had. The property was great & we had an amazing time! The swim dock was our favorite part! We had 8 adults & a 13 year old and there was more then enough room. We highly recommend this property!

Peaceful

A majority of our group was late teens and young adults. The downstairs was perfect for them. Leaving the upstairs for us older ones. There is a lot of outdoor space. There is no dining upstairs, but two tables on the deck off the upstairs. We put a fan on the deck and enjoyed our meals there. The house is down a short bit of gravel. While there we saw deer, squirrels, several types of birds and a chipmunk. We took the advice of another reviewer and rented a Pontoon from Frankie and Louies. They do not rent tubes, so be prepared if you don’t have your own. Our only complaint is when we arrived, there was quite a bit of stuff in the freezer/refrigerator. We were staying four nights and brought groceries when we arrived. It did make it tight getting everything put away. We also come home with several ticks on us. These could have come from anywhere and it does not reflect on the house, just making others aware. Two of our family members have Alph Gal Syndrome so ticks scare us. Overall we had a great stay. If you are like us and want to spend most of your time outdoors, this house is perfect.

Time To Relax.

We all had a very relaxing time. A little t shirt weather an a little coat weather. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Our lab enjoyed the yard an the wooded area. We go out to the Lake of the Ozarks about twice a year. We will try to book with him again. THANKS FOR HAVING US. FRANK KAREN AN YODA.

Annual family lake vacation

The house and dock worked great for our combined family of 10. The kids claimed the downstairs area and adults relaxed upstairs. The best part of the property is the dock and water area!!!!! We spent the majority of our time swimming, fishing and hanging out on the dock. The close proximity to Frank & Louie’s was a plus as we used their pontoon rental service 2 days and were able to pull up to dock at house to load and unload water toys. We already miss our time at LOTO.
