25m²Apartment located on the 6th floor without lift of a residence in plan peisey. The residence have an exit on floor 3 to unload the luggages and to acces the slopes.
Access to the slopes is about 50 meters.
The apartment is composed of an entrance with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchenette open on living room with a sofa bed and a balcony West exposure which will offer you a beautifull view over the whole valley.

Equipment : Fridge, microwave, electric hobs. TV.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 4rd floor as the entrance to the building.

Sleeps: 1 sofabed, 1 set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary: a shower room with toilet
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
