These chalets are composed of warm apartments of 2 to 8 beds fully equipped and with balcony.The residence is located 200 m from shops (superette and sports shops...) and 400 m from the centre of Vars station. The residence has an outdoor swimming pool and solarium (open only in summer) and an indoor swimming pool (open summer and winter).



Accommodation: This 3-room apartment of 50m2 is exposed to the southeast and accommodates up to 6 people.It has a large corner balcony in the living room, and a second balcony in the double room.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker filter, dishwasher.For sleeping, you will have a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bunk bed in the bedroom on the ground floor and a double bed 140x190cm in the upstairs bedroom.On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with toilet, and upstairs a bathroom with bath, for a relaxing moment after your favorite activities.You'll be 200 metres from a restaurant, a sports shop and a grocery store, but also from a ski trail departure, and in summer hiking trails.For your comfort, the accommodation has a private ski locker in the residence from where you can leave and return skis to the feet, as well as a private underground parking space.
