Top floor has the kitchen, living and dining room, primary suite with full bathroom. Bottom floor has 3 more bedrooms. Two with king sized beds and attached full bathroom. One bunk room/game room with a 1/2 bath attached.

Home is located in desirable Cobbly Nob Neighborhood and has public golf course upon entry. Roads are well maintained for easy access to cabin. You will have access to 3 communal pools that are open between Memorial Day to Labor Day.

You will have access to the whole property.

Booking with pets: A nonrefundable pet deposit assessed when booking for up to 1 pet (this is a flat fee of $100, not per night). You must select the number of pets in the same place you select the number of guests. If you forget to include your pet in the booking-no worries, I can amend the booking for you.
Pets are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

We provide a starter pack of laundry pods, dishwashing pods and coffee.

This cabin was so spacious and so beautiful! It was tucked prettily into the top side of the mountain with actual smoky Mountain views, not just looking at or into other cabins. We loved going out on the deck and even watched a bear forage around the property. Our family of 9 adults and 2 dogs had so much space to sleep and hang out in, and the decor felt so homey and welcoming! The Christmas decor was beautiful and our girls absolutely loved the welcome drawing in the shuffleboard sand. So many personal touches! It was also perfectly accessible to just about everything. We felt off the beaten path, which is what we wanted, but able to get to everything very quickly. Kelli was also an incredible hostess. She was always quick to respond and even went above and beyond when we had a potential issue arise last minute. We were so touched by her kindness and accommodation! I highly recommend this property to everyone and we hope to be back in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. Pricilla’s place offered plenty of space, beautiful views, and very comfy beds! Kelli was great with her communication, and handled questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Kelli and Pricilla’s place for a great family get-a-way.

Beautiful views. King beds very comfortable. We did have trouble finding directions to the pickleball courts. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. Very helpful that Kelli was always in contact with us and all information from her was very thorough.

We booked this place for the views and potential to see bears based on other reviews and this home did not disappoint! We saw 3 bears walk right through the yard and 1 at the community pool! We loved the location being away from the busyness of Gatlinburg, but still close enough to enjoy things like zip lining at CLIMB which is literally right around the corner. It was the perfect blend of activity and peace. We also loved that although there are “neighbors” as in any community, you couldn’t see of hear anyone else from the double decks. It is also on a dead end street, which was perfect for morning walks with our dog. On top of that, there were so many little personal touches/staging when we checked in that didn’t go unnoticed. The owners were really great to work with and quickly answered the questions we had.

I can honestly say we couldn’t have found a better property, very clean and was equipped with everything you need, the view from the property was absolutely stunning, there was so much room for a family of seven. The location, was reasonably close for shopping, eating out and activities. We all had an amazing time. The host was always quick to respond to messages during our stay. Definitely a place to stay at again.

Beautiful views!!!

The views at this property were priceless!! We didn’t even feel the need to leave. It was super private and quiet. Just what we wanted. And we saw a momma bear and her cubs!! This will go down as one of our favorite vacations.

Amazing

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to every question. Our arrival was met with beautiful touches everywhere. Perfect home base for Gatlinburg

Priscilla’s Place was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It’s located about 20 minutes east of Gatlinburg in the Cobbly Nob golf subdivision. We hiked to Alum Cave in the GSMNP and went to Dollywood. There is also a phenomenal zip line course less than a mile from the cabin at Climb Works. The views from the cabin are amazing. The cabin had everything you need to enjoy a great get away. Hot tub and arcade games were great. A full grocery store, Food City, is 8 miles away. Highly recommend staying here!

New Years Vacation

We really enjoyed this cabin. We had plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. The views were great and we also got a little bit of snow! The beds were so cozy. It was definitely hard to say goodbye to that bed on the last day. The fireplace was enjoyed nightly on the big sectional couch. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Shuffle board and PAC Man was a great added bonus too! Not a far drive into town. We loved the location. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place!

This is the best place In Gatlinburg that we’ve stayed. The view was incredible. We had a small issue with the hot tub but Kelli was very quick to respond and it was fixed in no time at all. Otherwise, the place was clean and in a great location. Zero complaints. I am actually saving the listing for any possible future stays because it was that nice.

Beautiful views

This cabin has amazing views! Kelli is a great communicator too. However, the listing pictures make this cabin appear larger than it actually is. While the kitchen and baths seem updated, the rest of the cabin is not. It was a decent stay but just needs some TLC.

Wildlife galore with a great view

We had 11 different bear encounters, bobcat, deer, chipmunks and birds. The view of the mountains was amazing. We did lose our water after the hurricane rains flooded the area. The owners were in constant contact and offered many options to make our stay the best possible. I would recommend this house and these owners to anyone.

Gorgeous views!

We had a great time at Priscilla’s Place. The views are amazing and the house had plenty of space for our family. We liked that it was far enough away from the touristy area but not too far of a drive to get groceries or to hikes.

Exceeded our expectations!

Our 4-night stay at Priscilla's Place was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat in the future. The cabin was exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean with everything you could ever need. The view from the back deck is amazing. We enjoyed watching the ever changing sunsets from one evening to the next... just incredible. We also enjoyed identifying the variety of trees and plants around the cabin, we bet it's beautiful in the fall with all the maples and sourwood trees out back. The location is great, very private and very quiet. We were literally 25 minutes from everywhere we went for day trips. We highly recommend this cabin and Kelli was a tremendous host and was always available to answer any of our questions promptly. A+ experience!

Clean, amazing view, quiet location

We stayed at Priscilla's place June, 2024 with 4 teenagers. Everyone had lots of room and nice beds. The view is perfect and nice to watch it change as the sun goes down. It took about 30 mins to get to most places, but the route and traffic are easy. We liked the shuffle board and pac man a lot. I wasnt sure if the house was stocked with items, but it had most of the supplies we needed. Kelli was very responsive and helped us with the door code when I didnt receive it from VRBO. The hot tub is perfect and they even had pool towels for us. The house is decorated nicely and there were little touches to make our arrival special. Love this house and highly recommend it! We picked it mainly for the view and it did not disappoint any of us. Thanks, Kelli!
