Top floor has the kitchen, living and dining room, primary suite with full bathroom. Bottom floor has 3 more bedrooms. Two with king sized beds and attached full bathroom. One bunk room/game room with a 1/2 bath attached.

Home is located in desirable Cobbly Nob Neighborhood and has public golf course upon entry. Roads are well maintained for easy access to cabin. You will have access to 2 communal pools that are open between Memorial Day to Labor Day.

You will have access to the whole property.

Booking with pets: A nonrefundable pet deposit assessed when booking for up to 1 pet (this is a flat fee of $100, not per night). You must select the number of pets in the same place you select the number of guests. If you forget to include your pet in the booking-no worries, I can amend the booking for you.
Pets are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

Exceeded our expectations!

Our 4-night stay at Priscilla's Place was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat in the future. The cabin was exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean with everything you could ever need. The view from the back deck is amazing. We enjoyed watching the ever changing sunsets from one evening to the next... just incredible. We also enjoyed identifying the variety of trees and plants around the cabin, we bet it's beautiful in the fall with all the maples and sourwood trees out back. The location is great, very private and very quiet. We were literally 25 minutes from everywhere we went for day trips. We highly recommend this cabin and Kelli was a tremendous host and was always available to answer any of our questions promptly. A+ experience!

Clean, amazing view, quiet location

We stayed at Priscilla's place June, 2024 with 4 teenagers. Everyone had lots of room and nice beds. The view is perfect and nice to watch it change as the sun goes down. It took about 30 mins to get to most places, but the route and traffic are easy. We liked the shuffle board and pac man a lot. I wasnt sure if the house was stocked with items, but it had most of the supplies we needed. Kelli was very responsive and helped us with the door code when I didnt receive it from VRBO. The hot tub is perfect and they even had pool towels for us. The house is decorated nicely and there were little touches to make our arrival special. Love this house and highly recommend it! We picked it mainly for the view and it did not disappoint any of us. Thanks, Kelli!

Perfect for a family vacation

We had an amazing stay at Priscilla's Place! It was so nice having 3 king suites and an extra room for our littles. The view was breathtaking- We spent so much time out on the deck, soaking it in. Speaking of soaking, the hottub was amazing after a long day of hiking. The little extra touches really made it fun and the location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the little swimming pool in the neighborhood too. This cottage just had everything you needed! I had to reach out to the owner a few times with questions and she was quick to respond each time. It really was quite perfect. Thank you for making our little 3-family reunion so special.

Great week in Gatlinburg

Property was perfect for us. There were 3 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Common areas were very comfortable. Kitchen worked well for the times we decided to cook in. Had a slight problem with the grill but Kelli and Mark took care of it for us. Even sent us some snacks to make up for a night without the grill.

Nice place to stay

We had a bit of a rough start to the stay. Apparently the group before us left the house trashed and it required a bit of time over the check-in time to be ready. There were some issues after check-in, but communication and another housekeeper trip cleared those up. The house was really nice and perfect for our trip. The views are amazing and it is in the perfect location! We would book again, just hope that other guests can act like adults and take care of other people’s property.

Thanksgiving 2023

Our group stayed recently over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was ready for us a bit early. Clean & Cozy. The host was great! Very accommodating. We saw bears daily! How tub was amazing... we will definitely be back.

Fall Colors

Great place to relax, rest and view the fall colors. What a spectacular view of the mountains!!! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing several helpful tips. As a bonus we saw a mother bear and her cub as we were driving out on a daily excursion.

Family get away to the Smokies

Our family really enjoyed staying in this mountain home, as it had comfortable beds, plenty of living space, and beautiful views of the mountains. The decks off the bedrooms and living room were really nice to spend time relaxing. We were also fortunate to see a black bear walking up the road about 75 yards in front of the house. Host was promptly receptive to a request we made the first evening of arrival.

Amazing Cabin and Views

The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking! Aside from that, we have stayed at several different properties and have always wished we had something more. This one had everything we could ask for and more! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing week!

What a view!

Girls’ trip that was great! The home had good amenities with 4 separate sleeping quarters, well designed kitchen and a very good deck area with a great view. Communication with manager was prompt and helpful. We would like to stay here again.

FAMILY VACATION

Views were beautiful, beds slept great, very clean and neat. Saw bears many times,, and it was certainly fun to see! Travel time to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge was at least 35-40 minutes, due to heavy traffic. Greatly enjoyed the home and beauty of the mountains! Drive up the mountain was extremely steep with several hair pin turns, make certain you arrive in daytime hours! Homeowners were very quick to assist with any help needed.

Amazing location

We had the best week week in Gatlinburg. The location of this property was perfect for everything that we planned to do. The back deck provided an amazing view while drinking our morning coffee or wine in the evenings. We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs one evening and even got a close up view of a young male bear when he climbed up to the 3rd floor balcony, thankfully we were all inside. We enjoyed shuffle board and the arcade games in the evenings. The drive up was a little tricky that first night in the dark but it got easier and the view made it totally worth it. We would definitely recommend this house for your Gatlinburg vacation.

Amazing Views

The views from this property are stunning! We were lucky enough to have a couple of bear sightings. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate our group of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again when we come back to the area.

Amazing All Around

This was the family's first time visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Not being familiar with the area we needed to trust the listings and reviews when booking accommodations. We absolutely hit it out of the park! The house was beautiful and clean and perfectly situated on the mountain providing breathtaking views. We had one very minor issue and the owners were there immediately to get it situated. They were also amazingly responsive to any questions we had. We also had several days where mama bear and her three cubs paid us a visit. We cannot wait to go back and definitely plan on staying at the same place.

Best place we have EVER stayed

This is an absolute gem. It was so, so CLEAN and so thoughtful. The beds were all beyond comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows throughout. It was easy to feel at home and the layout is perfect. We had kids stay in the room with the bunk bed and the adults all had their own rooms and bathrooms. The sound didn't even travel throughout so we could continue to play shuffleboard and enjoy the home even after the kids went to bed. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the hot tub was used every day as a way to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We had a few questions before and during with quick responses from the owner. We loved our trip so much that my kids have officially decided they are mountain over beach people and want to come back to this exact house every time we come back! Snag this place if it is available!!!!

Birthday celebration in Gatlinburg

I have visited the Gatlinburg are several times and my stay here was hands down the best. The cabin was exactly as described and very clean. Everything we needed to cook for and serve my 11 guests was there. The views are amazing. Even had several visits from a couple families of bear. The owners were immediately available and responsive for the one problem we did have. The grill was not functioning and they had it replaced the very next day and even provided a full tank of propane to make up for the very minor inconvenience. Far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely seek out this cabin for our family’s next visit to the area.

FANTABULOUSLY AMAZING

Our trip consisted of myself, my best friend, my mom and her two best friends. The moment we walked through the door we were in aaaaahhhhh of the view. not only from the main floor but from the balcony's and the 2 lower level bedrooms. The home was very clean and smell great upon entry. It was a blast watching my mothers 2 friends compete every day on the Ms. Pac Man game. The rooms are all nice sizes and beds were comfortable. I spoke with both owners and they were delightful and AMAZING hosts. I recommend this property 2010%. I WILL BE RETURNING

Mountain Paradise

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing. The drive to the house was an experience all on its own since we are used to the flat Midwest, but it was worth it! The owner was very responsive. We would come back in a heartbeat!
