A week in St Kitts

The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We met Millicent who was very kind and gracious. I recommend this property for visitors to St Kitts

The rental was easy to find and generally looked like the photos. However, our stay was impacted by pest issues. We encountered roaches throughout the property, including in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the silverware drawer on our last day. We reported the issue, but it was not fully resolved during our stay.There were also ants coming in and out of an electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom, which was reported but never addressed. While insect spray was provided, it was only effective on contact and had a very strong odor.The property also asks guests to clean before checkout, but only basic supplies were available, a broom and dustpan, but no mop or other cleaning supplies.Overall, the location and appearance were positives, but the pest issues made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. A professional extermination service would greatly improve the experience.

St Kitts

The condo was in a great location. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Condo was set up perfect for 2 couples. The only thing to make the stay more enjoyable would be to have local products ( body wash, coffee etc) to introduce us to local products. Overall, we would stay there again.

Amazing Apartment with Great views!

Everything on the listing was accurate and manger was warm and welcoming. Not to far from the Strip and other local sites. Will return and make this my second home.

Second time staying here. Excellent property in good location. As described. Shame that the microwave wasn’t working, which proved difficult with kids. This aside a very good stay and hope to return.

2bed 2 bath townhome was beautiful. Very clean, location great walked to the beach and small local supermarket. We were met on arrival, everything was explained.Safe neighborhood we walked daytime and late evenings with no issue. Pool area very clean, view outstanding. Would stay again.

Great location Frigate Bay.

We had a great stay here. This place is tucked away from all of the busyness of the tourists area. It has an awesome pool. Parking was nice as well. A full really nice sized kitchen and porch area for eating were a great added bonus. The only snafu is that there isnt any downstairs ac so it can be a bit hot but the breeze makes up for it. We will stay here again.

Wonderful property

My family and I had an amazing stay and will definitely stay there again when we go back. The condo was just as pictured and was in such a great location. Millicent was super sweet and helped us with a smooth check in and check out. We never got to use the pool but it was beautiful. The location was great and easily assessable to great restaurants, etc. Loved it!! Thank you :)

Spent 7 days at the villa. Overall it was ok. Some things do need to be updated. The shower doors and fixtures are so water stained with spots that they look like they were not cleaned. No AC downstairs. Only one tv in the living room where there is no AC. Wi-Fi very spotty. Usually didn’t work up stairs. Pool is very dangerous! No depth markings at all. Would I stay there again? Probably not. It was good for the price.

Dear Marlene, It is with much regret we have read your review. You are in the Caribbean to enjoy the weather and the ambience. We intentionally did not Air condition the Living Room so that you will enjoy the patio and the sea breeze. The Caribbean is about outdoor living. Same applies to Television. There are sights and sounds to be experienced in St. Kitts. We have hard water in St. Kitts and as a result we get these stains on shower glass. We just did install a water softener, but it is not working, and the American supplier will not stand behind the product. We have now ordered another one. The buildings are built with Concrete solid walls, and we do have problems getting Wi-Fi in the bedroom. We did allude to this in our welcome message to you. We are in the process of rectifying this as we write this note. Once again, we purposely built the pool with 54-inch depth so any adult could stand up in the pool. As you will notice from the website, we do not accept children under the age of twelve. It is a requirement that when we do have children of that age, the parents must supervise the child when in the pool area. This message is conveyed to all parents. Hence there was no need to place any depth markings. We do not think that a pool depth of fifty-four inches poses any danger. Finally, we are extremely sorry that we did not make your visit to Shalimar exceptional. From the time we opened at the end of COVID we have strived for excellence. The result shows that 98% of the ratings we have received are all five stars. But that by means says that we cannot do better. Your criticism is well taken, and we will aspire to do better. Great property

Outstanding property. Clean, fabulous views, everything you could wish for in terms of amenities and an amazingly well-organized kitchen. No Wi-Fi coverage on bedroom floors, and no smart TV for streaming, but this aside the property couldn’t have been better.

Fantastic stay at Shalimar at Hslf Moon Bay!

Perfect location on St Kitts

This project is designed by a very artistic and talented local Architect Mr. Lindbergh Alvaranga. These apartments were built with high end finishes with an eye on quality. The hard and soft furnishings are also to the highest standards. Guest comfort has been our prime focus.
