Excellent!

This is an excellent location and we had everything we needed! Beds were super comfortable which after full days of skiing was so appreciated! Hosts were very responsive in messaging and checking on us! Check in was a bit of challenge but did not take away from an unforgettable trip! We will be back!

Great stay!

We had a terrific time in Snowshoe, and would easily recommend this rental to others! Check-in was smooth, and the apartment is exceptionally conveniently located for skiing (walking to the slopes took < 30 seconds). A nice touch is the hot tub, which ours kids loved, and the fact that there are (free) lockers for skis in the building.

Excellent stay! Can't wait to return!

We absolutely LOVED our stay the past 3 days! Smooth easy check in. Heated garage with luggage carts and elevators made it for such a smooth and convenient trip, especially with 5 boys and all their gear. The rooms were set up perfectly for our 3 families to enjoy quality time together but also have privacy when needed. We loved cooking breakfast and lunch in the large kitchen and most of all enjoyed the PRIME location of this unit! We were literally steps away from the slopes, shopping and dining. Could not have been any better location. We will definitely be back!

Great location and building! But poor communication

Even though the place says it can sleep 12, we were not provided bedding for 12 people. When we requested more it took all day to get a response and even when they brought sheets for the pull out couches they only gave us 1 pillow, still missing 3 and extra blankets. Great location but poor communication and planning with the host

An actual 3 star property for those interested in all details

2 star for our stay and 3 overall if some items improved. Why? - The owner KNEW that one unit had no working heat. The furnace had been broken for 45 days. Had to call maintenance, but since VRBO, they said to call the owner. - A space heater with no thermostat was provided = so HOT in the morning so had to shut It off at night and deal with freezing room in the morning – then repeat. - The two units combined “sleep 12 people”. In the larger unit, there is one sleeper sofa, a crib, and then a double bed in the middle of the “living room”. - Booked this 12 person suite for extra room. We had 7 people in total between both rooms and wanted more. You could sit on the bed of course – but awkward if you don’t really know those people. - If we would have brought 12 people as the room is slated to sleep – we would have been miserable. - It’s clean, but older - Basic items in kitchen. Don’t expect any extras. WE GROSSLY OVERPAID for the experience and lodging. For the Owners: - if there is a problem, Let your guest know. Horrible first impression to start. - Send the address not GPS coordinates. Have a book in unit with wifi, garbage, parking, maintenance, ski locker and check-out info so we don’t have to call/text around to find it. The positives – Nice location and easy access to lifts. Maintenance (Josh and Tabby) saved our trip as otherwise one room wouldn’t have been livable. Bedrooms were decent. Good mattresses. Come expecting a 3 star and to be cramped.
