REFLECTIONS Cottage is a 1 bedroom, private cottage in Branson, MO. Located at Sunset Hills Cottages - an ADULTS ONLY retreat nestled on a beautifully wooded 7 acre property. Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Reflections Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping & restaurants.

Reflections Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.

Reflections Cottage Highlights:
- Your very own private hot tub
- Private covered screened-in porch
- Propane fire pit
- Queen sized bed
- Microwave
- Mini fridge & freezer
- Keurig (K-cups, cream & sugar provided)
- 55” Smart TV (WiFi, Netflix & YouTube TV provided)

Parking:
- Gravel parking spot located to the right of the unit (marked with a sign)
- We do have room for boat/trailer parking on property, it is just not located directly next to your unit, so please let us know if you will be bringing a boat or trailer and we’d be happy to coordinate additional parking for you!
- If you are traveling on a motorcycle, please let us know and we will be happy to coordinate asphalt parking for your stay!

The Swimming Pond:

- From your front porch you will have an amazing view of the pond and the double cascading waterfall!

All units have access to our beautiful, naturally filtered Swimming Pond! The pond is 100% natural, so there will be fish, (Koi & Goldfish) bugs, tadpoles, frogs, etc. Please do not tamper with any harmless wildlife in the pond as their presence helps the pond’s ecosystem and helps keep it clean! You can enjoy the view of the beautiful waterfalls year round, however the pond is not heated.

The Property:

Sunset Hills currently has five rentable units on property, each with a maximum occupancy of TWO adults (21+) per unit. We are NOT PET FRIENDLY!!

We do not have any grills on property, however you are more than welcome to bring a portable grill for your stay! We just ask that the grill is used on the sidewalk and/or asphalt, AWAY from the unit and you do not leave it unattended while it is lit.

By booking and staying at Sunset Hills Cottages, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Use of the swimming pool, hot tubs, and any outdoor amenities is at your own risk.
• Sunset Hills Cottages, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or loss resulting from the use of these facilities.


You will receive your check-in instructions, including your key code, one day before your arrival. We use the last 4 digits of the phone number that is on your VRBO account for the key code, so please make sure this is updated prior to booking! The key code will activate at 3:00PM on your check-in day, allowing for a seamless check-in!

*Indoor fireplace is not functional!!

We have a ZERO tolerance for pets/tents/fireworks/parties/events. All violators will be required to leave with zero refund of their remaining stay.
Absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside of the unit or with the doors open. Violators will be subject to fines and additional cleaning fees.
Guests staying and booking must be at least 21 years of age, and there is a maximum of two guests per unit.

Wonderful! Close to everything but not in the heart of Branson, perfect location! Felt like you were a long way out, watching the deer wander through was particularly peaceful. The hot tub being inside the back screened porch was great! No bugs!!! We highly recommend!!!

We stayed at the reflections cottage for an early anniversary trip. The property is set away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but yet 15 to 20 minutes away from many attractions in Branson. We enjoyed the outdoor pond and the waterfall feature as it was relaxing to hear it and look at it from our cottage.The inside of our cottage is very comfy space and well thought out. Everything was in great shape and we enjoyed also having the private back porch with the hot tub.The owner left a great guide to both the cottage and the local area. Very easy check in and check out.It was a very nice and relaxing getaway designed for couples to have a kid free space to reconnect. I would definitely would recommend any couples wanting a romantic place to get away to stay here.

Anniversary stay

The property is very nice and quiet. The pond is beautiful, especially at night. The cottage is just about perfect for a couple. The hot tub is great, private and quiet. The only thing that I can really critique about the cottage is the shower, specifically the shower head, it is small and barely spits out any water, takes forever to rinse. Maybe in the realm of future improvements consider adding a TV out with the spa, that would have been nice to have.

Perfect private getaway

We just stayed in the Reflection Cottage to celebrate our 30th anniversary & it could not have been more perfect!! Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to easily get to any activities/shopping but we loved the privacy & secluded location! The hot tub was amazing!!! 10/10!!!

First Branson Trip

First time in Branson, and this was the perfect place for us. We even had to change dates for our stay and everything went smoothly. We loved the hot tub after getting back from a day exploring the beautiful town of Branson. The fire pit was a nice touch as well. Loved it.

Peaceful

We felt it was very clean. Which is so important to us. The swimming pond is absolutely beautiful! The only thing missing is a kitchen sink and a regular size refrigerator. Without these two things it made it hard to be able to eat in and clean up. Other than that it was perfect!

Cutest honeymoon stay

We stayed in the reflection cabin for our short little honeymoon! It was the cutest, most romantic little getaway! The private hot tub was the perfect day to end each evening! It was secluded, yet still 15 min from all main attractions! We felt good about doing nothing and felt good if we needed to step out for a bit! The hosts were amazing and so nice! They included so much in the little house! Coffee was one that we loved to see already there! The swimming pond was adorable! Plus there are little fish in there too! Overall, the best experience!

Friend’s Getaway

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Sunset Hills in cottages next door to each other, Reflections and Cozy Cottage. We were in Reflections. It was a perfect getaway. The property and grounds were very clean and well kept. We loved the private fire pit and hot tub. The pond was too cold to get in, but we had fun watching the fish. My only complaint is they did not provide hair conditioner, just shampoo and body wash. I also wish they had a full length mirror for the ladies who want to make sure their outfit looks good before heading out. Other then those small details it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!
