Easily enjoy all the wonders of Mountain Village - the restaurants, the shopping, the access to the Telluride Ski and Golf Resort, and close proximity to the free gondola - within just steps of this condo. Whether you choose to walk, bike, hike, ski, or simply sit on the deck, it is ideally located for an adventure during any season. Once your car is unpacked and resting in the heated garage, you won't need it again until it's time to go back to the real world.

Take the elevator up to the condo and be greeted with comfortable amenities. A well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an enjoyable open-concept floor plan, and a gas fireplace by which to warm up. Step out onto the deck to take in all the majestic mountain views, or scope out your next ski run, since you have sightlines directly to the Telluride Ski and Golf Resort. Enjoy walking straight out the main entry door and exploring. Property highlights include ski-in/out access, a gas fireplace, elevator access, a covered deck, and lovely ski resort views.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Needs improvement

The condo is centrally located in Mountain Village very close to the Gondola which we used multiple times a day. We didn't like that a gondola goes right in front of the condo windows. So, there is not much privacy. The kitchen appliances were in good working order and there was stocked fine for the 2 of us. There was an ample supply of soaps, shampoo, detergents etc. and they were quite nice. The property itself needs some TLC. The furniture is worn. The bed was like two hammocks. Too soft for us. There were cabinet doors which were broken. The shades were quite worn and one in the Livingarea was broken and couldn't fully close. So no ability to have privacy from gondolas. We would have liked a couple luggage racks...I don't like putting my suitcase on the floor. There was an armoire in the master but didn't have many shelves and I couldn't hang my dresses in it. The wifi was the absolute worst I have ever experienced anywhere. It wasn't working when we arrived and we called the property manager. It was working the next day but barely. It took forever just to load my emails. We called and were told that it was either due to the construction next door or "normal". I would not stay here again and couldn't recommend it. Could be great if they give it a little attention and fix the Wifi.

Awesome condo !

I had my original Vrbo cancelled last minute and then stumbled on this gem! I’m so happy it worked out this way. Looks like pics!! I had my twin girls with me age 11 and another family member. Plenty of space! Garage made it convenient to park. Washer and dryer on site to wash clothes. Ski locker downstairs. Literally would walk outside and put on ski’s and ski to ski lessons (adult and kids). This was our first time skiing and we had a great time and will be back again. Love love love. Great property and location is fantastic!!!wil be back !

Nice place in an amazing location

This is a nice property in a great location if you are skiing Telluride. Best thing about it is the location. True ski-in/ski-out immediately adjacent to the center of Mountain Village. The building sits at the top of Chondola. Two to three minute walk to shops and restaurants, the Village Express chair lift and the main gondola station. The property itself is nice. Some of the blinds/shades don't work or are a little worn, but otherwise the unit is in good shape. Bathrooms are both large with walk in showers and soaking tubs, which gives the place a luxury feel. The master bed has a thick slab of memory foam on it, if you like that. If not, it's a bit much.Check in was bumpy. The instructions we received initially included an incorrect door code so we could not get into the building. Eventually we got the right building door code only to get to our unit and find there was no key in the lockbox to get into the condo. The local Vacasa guy came in 10 min with the key.Everything else was generally fine. Remember, you are renting from a big company (Vacasa). No one you can talk or message with knows anything about Telluride or Mtn Village. There is zero flexibility on check-in/check-out...the people you are messaging with are somewhere far away and are just reading a script. They are responsive and professional, but do nothing more than get you in and out of the unit.Overall, good experience with a few small wrinkles.

Mountain Village Condo

Good location in the heart of Mountain Village. Easy walk to Gondola service that takes you to downtown Telluride (13 minute ride) or to the Village Market in Mountain Village (5 minute ride). Condo has good furnishings, great hot water/water pressure for showers, and a decent kitchen. Bedrooms on either side of family room, so good privacy and quiet space, as we never heard neighbors above or next to us. Frustrations: Vacasa late to open door at check-in time, door lock mechanism is counter-intuitive and not easy to figure out the first time, roller shades in bedrooms need maintenance or replacement. King bed option for 2nd bedroom is not a true king; two twin beds are pushed together with a gap cushion placed between the twin mattresses.

Great Stay Right in the ❤️ of Mountain Village

The unit was perfect and immaculate. Love the big open floorplans and spent every morning, sipping coffee and every evening sipping wine on the deck. Kitchen was fully stocked, washer dryer worked great, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Instructions on how to enter the building after a long drive were vague, and when we called, of course the person on the other line really did not know how to help us. I suggest you clarify how to get into the unit A little better. Maybe suggest that people put in poacher’s pub to their GPS that they know which you mean about where to park. Even my son’s shuttle went to the place and dropped him off. Finally… We picked up all the rugs except for the main living room because they were very slippery and dangerous and another dangerous hazard is the TV monitor that sticks out from the wall in the twin bedroom bathroom. I suggest we take it down Overall… Absolutely lovely place. Perfect location. Super convenient to the gondola.

Mountain Fun

We stayed in the summer. The place is very nice and you could not beat the location. Easy walk to the gondola which will take you to the market or Telluride. The ride is fun and the views are spectacular. The staff was very friendly and responsive with our requests. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

Great location, clean

Would rent again but recommend owners install a smart wifi lock for entry. Check in procedure stated door would be unlocked and keys inside condo on counter. Nope. Door locked. Every phone number given by vacasa was either direct to or redirected to foreign call center. Took a few calls but finally got property manager to call us with code to lockbox to get spare key to Condo. Condo was clean and big enough for family of 4. Heated floors were great. Mr steam in both showers but unfortunately one was not working. King size bed needs new mattress, had poor sleep due to bed having the feel of cheap foam. TVs worked. Satellite service. Wifi fast and stable. Kitchen was great but do recommend adding some frying pans. Location great. 5.minutw walk to center of village core. Restaurants near by, ski shops near by. Ski in, ski out. Conveniently, ski locker in lobby. Overall, happy with stay but need to fix check in process and update mattress.

Perfect place!

This place had everything we were looking for!! Restaurants and the Gondola were both close and easily accessible! The rental was perfect for a family of 4! Can’t wait to come back!

Poor service and management, bad location for noise.

Never had such rude and useless management care. First they all kept me waiting an hour outside to 4.00 pm when all the time the accommodation was empty and ready. The “management seems to be in Timbuktu, because never saw anyone on site. It was dirty. All the top surfaces needed cleaning, the dryer had 20 previous guests lint. Drains Sp Keller and there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The toaster did not toast, there was no top glass jug to the blender and there were limited cooking utensils. No coffee or tea for a starting drink, no drinks or complimentary anything, and no kurig. There was gondola and party noise from the square and these front units have gondola cars passing by the front windows. Into bedrooms and living rooms Very invasive for views. Worst was the noise from the pub parties opposite very noisy past 2.00 am. Thought this was badly advertised, a lot of money for awful service. This property needs a lot of attention before it is worth winter ski rates. Even at summer rates it was expensive, and did not appreciate the lack of local service. All in all, this is about burnt toast having to use the oven grill, and that’s about sums it all up. Pass on these

Blues and brews festival Telluride

Superb view from condo along with a perfect location to hop on and off the gondola which took us wherever we needed to be!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Spectacular Mountain Ski Retreat

Granita 201’s owners have impeccable taste. The condo is exactly as pictured. The location is in an ideal location right at the base of the Village Express Gondola and at the top of the Chondola. The two bedrooms have additional features not mentioned like steam showers, Brittany, Ryan and the entire on-site crew are extremely attentive to every need. Check-in is very easy and departure even easier. We want to thank the owners for a spectacular mountain retreat and look forward to staying again. Best! The Rivera’s from Scottsdale, AZ

Fantastic stay

Hard to find a bad thing to say. Great location Clean, updated condo. Pre-arrival coordination and on site support was great. The only thing I wish had been different was we only had one key and were told we could not get another. Additionally the kitchen had only two water glasses. But if that’s the only thing I can point to as needing improvement that’s pretty good. Bottom line - I woukd absolutely stay again

Great location

Awesome rental with a great ski in ski out location in Mountain Village. The view was amazing out of all the windows. The property had great amenities, well stocked toiletries, towels, and everything you would possible need in the kitchen.
