This amazing unit was just renovated and brings a sophisticated elegance to the beach! You'll know you are in for an amazing experience as soon as you walk through the door. Freshly painted throughout, the owner uses modern grays with white accents, cool greens, soft blues along with amazing paneled and wallpapered accent walls. You will love the beautiful "wood styled" laminate flooring though out. The Living room features a new sofa and chaise for gathering around the fireplace or watching your favorite show on the huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white granite countertops, elegant tile backsplash along with new cabinetry and is ready for those times when you want to eat in. The coffee station comes with both a Keurig and drip coffee makers. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and the second bedroom has a two full size beds. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and have "rain fall" shower heads! There is a full-size washer and dryer along with WIFI for those of you that must "stay connected". The balcony has a table for enjoying your coffee while you look out to the beach and is also the perfect spot to watch the cars during Cruisin' OC!

In addition, to all the great updates listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach and is strategically located on 69th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer weather you head north or south. If you don't want to go too far, you will be close to fabulous dining options such as Dead Freddie's, Touch of Italy, Longboard Cafe and Rosenfeld's Deli to name a few. The kids will love being in walking distance to miniature golf, paddle boards and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruisin' OC and Bike Week!

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 69th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

This is a great place in a great location. We waited until the last minute to book and were concerned with our options but this ended up being a great spot. Only steps from the beach within walking distance to a ton of restaurants this is in a gray area. Place was very clean and check in/check out was seamless. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and the double beds was perfect for our two kids. Enough room for us to enjoy and the balcony was great. Close to putt putt, ice cream and the bus stop.

Clean And Full of Natural Sunlight

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is lovely. The owner takes great pride in keeping the property clean and provides a process for check in and out to maintain that level of clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. 2 things to point out: it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. My dad is 84 and in good shape but worth noting. Also, the dishwasher has long clean cycles. The host wants the clean dishes put away prior to departure. We ran out of time. Best to run your dishes the night before. Great place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo and really enjoyed our stay! Loved the decor and the cleanliness. Really cute place! I loved the closet system in the primary bedroom! Only thing we didn’t like was the fact there was no elevator and the traffic noise from the main road. We had an issue with water coming in the bottom of the sliding door when it rained which was a little stressful. But property management was quick to bring us extra towels. Just a couple suggestions: Add a recliner to the living room (over by the locked closet). With four people watching a movie in the rain it was a little crowded on the couch. Also add some more hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels and bathing suits. Would definitely recommend but probably wouldn’t stay again because of no elevator.

This condo is located in a quiet midtown location and is close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean & a sunny bright unit. The check-in & check-out directions were very easy to follow. I would stay here again.

Great Location!

Close to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants, this was the perfect spot for our family of four. The condo was clean and well maintained and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Great property!

The entire place is updated and so nice! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, plus towels and linens provided for the bedrooms. Being on beach block with 2 parking spots made this a no-brainer. Didn't have to worry about driving or trying to find parking the entire trip! I will definitely be staying here again :)

We loved the actual condo itself. Great place to stay in with our small family and close to many many activities. The listing does say 1 bathroom but it has 2 full bathrooms. The only issue we experienced was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The floors were extremely dirty, there were recent food stains on the cabinets, there were used tissues, goldfish, a bottle cap and crumbs in the couch and on top of the cushions, a clump of hair in one of the closets, AND, we found broken glass on the floor right by where our baby was crawling. My baby’s feet were BLACK within maybe 15 minutes of him crawling around. We went ahead and hand wiped the floors ourselves, cleaned up the glass and shards, and wiped the cabinets. We did wait a day and a half to communicate this to the owner because, you know, vacation and life with a baby.. but to be honest, I wouldn’t have wanted the cleaning crew to come back out anyways since I lost trust that they would’ve cleaned it the way I would. I don’t feel we should be paying the cleaning fee if we didn’t walk into a clean condo, but the owner only wanted to offer a 2 hours extended checkout, which didn’t work for our schedule. I will say though that the owner took accountability and was kind and accepting of my complaint. Overall, nice place to stay, I just wish corners weren’t cut in between visitors.

Not long enough...

The location could not have been more perfect, and we so look forward to next year, as October is perfect for us to vaca! Close to everything we wanted and needed, and when booking for vacation, i look for a place that is homey and comfortable, and this fit the bill to a T! I would def. Recommend 100%!
