This cosy, recently renovated house can accommodate up to eight people and is perfect for a holiday with family or friends. With its 100 square meter exterior, relax on the sunny terrace or in the garden, where you can share outdoor lunches or simply soak up the sun. Enjoy the cool air conditioning on hot summer days for optimum comfort.

This spacious holiday rental includes :
- a living area with a comfortable lounge and table football,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200 cm),
- 2 bathrooms with shower and separate WC,
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer, clothes hangers,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

The house does not have a garage or private parking space.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Ideally located in a quiet area of Anglet, close to all amenities and within walking distance of many popular attractions, this holiday rental will be perfect for your holiday in the French Basque Country. Shops, bakeries, grocery shops and much more are only a short walk from the house, making your stay much easier. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted with the proximity of the Golf de Biarritz (12 minutes' walk), a renowned 18-hole course with magnificent ocean views. Just a 6-minute drive will take you to the famous beaches “La Grande Plage de Biarritz” and “La Plage De La Chambre d'Amour”, renowned for their perfect waves, golden sand and lively atmosphere. To satisfy your taste buds, don't miss the Peyo grill (1 minute on foot), a caterer renowned for its fine wines and delicious roast chickens, and the Explore bakery (4 minutes on foot). Don't miss the Halles des Cinq Cantons, a 20-minute walk away, for traditional local produce: you'll love coming here to do your shopping, chat and sample various divine dishes of the day. Finally, you'll have easy access to both towns as well as the rest of the Basque Country: Biarritz (6 minutes by car) or Bayonne (12 minutes by car).
