Treat yourself to a serene vacation in the sunshine and coastal air in the historic Corolla Village. Kick back in style in Seaside Greetings, a lovely vacation home split into three spacious floors. This wonderful retreat will provide plenty of space to spread out - the open-concept top floor serves as the hub for entertaining. A spacious balcony is the perfect place to sip a crisp beverage. Unwind next to the gas fireplace for movie nights on the TV in the living area or whip up delicious meals in the full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating.

Enjoy blissful days by the shared outdoor pool and hot tub or pick up a game of sand volleyball. In the evening, the downstairs game room offers a TV and foosball table. You will also find a bedroom and a full bath on this floor. The remaining two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. Days of fun in the sun are made simple with easy walkability to Herring Beach Access and other popular attractions.

A Ford-connected EV charge station is available with 48 amps on demand. It works with J1772 plugs, has a 20-foot cable, and charges 15-25 mph depending on the car model.

Lovely, super-clean pet friendly home

Bright, sunny, open floor-plan, with two porches for relaxing, nice fenced in grass yard for puppies to play. Easy walk to beach access. About 5-6 minutes to nearest grocery store. We will certainly be back!

Perfect house for our winter getaway

This was our second time in the house and it does not disappoint! It was completely spotless and is incredibly well-stocked for cooking. Lots of fun family games in the game room. Our pups love the yard and the hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We had an issue with the oven which made things a bit tricky, but things happen. Vacasa was very responsive and did the best they could over the holiday.

Our trip was very nice. The house is nicely kept. Close to the pool but a serious walk to beach with one area uphill. The house did not have any blankets as advertised. I tried contacting manager 6 days before and did not get a response till after our check out.

great location not great cleanliness

we loved the decor and proximity to the pool. the walk to the beach was not as far as we expected. we did not love the moldy shower curtains, dirty dishes (pots and pans crusted with residual food), dirty floors, flooded washing machine when we enetered (stinky completely filled with dark water), leaking dishwasher (laundry soap was provided in kitchen instead of dish detergent), poop in the yard, and no bedsheets for one of the beds. getting help was difficult because this was a vrbo listing but part of vacasa. even when we got sheets they were the wrong size making one bed unsleepable for three nights. the laundry backup was handled by a nice handyman who said this happens a lot. i would stay in this neighborhood again but definitely not this property.

Our Fabulous OBX Vacation

Everything about this home was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. 4 to 5 minute stroll to the beach. Private hot tub was enjoyed by all. Pool steps from the private yard. The whole family loved it and would stay again.

Great house and community

Came down for 5 days with my son and some of his high school teammate. Beautiful home, very clean, and had everything we needed. Convenient to the beach. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The pool, shuffleboard, and volleyball court right through the back gate we’re a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, location, amenities

This home is even better in person than in the pictures. More than enough room for a family of four. We love the hot tub and the pool was close enough that we felt like it was in our backyard. Nice to have a yard with grass at the beach. Great location between Currituck and Duck for easy access to restaurants and activities. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great house for winter trip

Just returned from a 4-night stay here. Overall it was a fantastic house for our family. Beach is an easy 10-minute walk. Fenced in grassy yard was perfect for our two pups. Hot tub could’ve been a tad warmer, but was enjoyed by all. House was very clean and well- stocked (especially the kitchen). We especially enjoyed the waffle maker! Our only issues were the king-sized bed (very uncomfortable), weak WiFi and cable TV app that didn’t work in living room. We left a message for the property manager, but never heard back.

Wonderful Home

This house met all of our expectations and then some! When we arrived, it was spotless! For such a large house it felt cozy and comforting! Plenty of rooms and great sized beds!! Fantastic!

LOVELY HOME, GREAT LOCATION,DISAPPOINTED CHECK IN TIME

THE HOME IS CLEAN, QUIET, DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY, A FEW MINUTE WALK TO BEACH. WE CHOOSE THIS HOME ALSO BECAUSE OF A 4PM ADVERTISED CHECK IN TIME AS TRAVELLING WITH AN INFANT. TWO DAYS PRIOR, CHECK IN TIME CHANGED TO 5 PM AND DESPITE OUR CONCERN/COMPLAINT AS TO THIS CHANGE, THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DENIED THE CHECK IN TIME THEY ADVERTISED. THAT IS THE REASON FOR FOUR STARS.

My opinion

The house was well equipped. Very clean! Having two beach cruisers was great! A little far from the beach but not impossible. The description said there were cornhole boards but they were no where to be found. I would recommend this house for a small group.
