This beautiful 7 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Historic home is located directly on Elk Avenue in the heart of Downtown Crested Butte. Built in the late 1800's, this house is filled with original antique furnishings that make you feel like you are stepping back into the history of Crested Butte. Elegant and charming, it has the feel of a bed & breakfast with the privacy of a vacation rental home.
A perfect place for multiple families, this home boasts 7 bedrooms, with 4 3/4 bathrooms and one half bath with a total occupancy of 16 people. With views of Mt. Crested Butte and convenience to all the shops and restaurants that Crested Butte has to offer, this home is the perfect place to enjoy the full experience this historic mining town has to offer. 1 King Bed, 4 Queen Beds, and 6 Twin Beds.
Bedrooms as follows: [1] Master Bedroom King Bed, [2] Queen Bed, [3] Queen Bed, [4] Queen Bed, [5] 2 Twin Beds, [6] 2 Twin Beds, [7] 2 Twin Beds, [8] Queen Bed Pullout Couch
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit.
