This villa, located in Althen-des-Paluds, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 31 August, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the garden and the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, and 3 including a double bed, The 3 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features air conditionning, a washing machine, central heating, ironing equipment, mosquito nets, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2.53 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
A petanque ground is available. Additional charges may be requested for any abuse of the air-conditioning system.
