Villa of Osmanthes Bassin d'Arcachon

The OSMANTHES villa offers the following facilities: a 25m² master suite with a 180x200cm bed and en-suite shower room on the villa's ground floor. The 3 other bedrooms (3 x 160x200cm beds) are upstairs, as well as a separate bathroom and shower room adjoining one bedroom. There are 2 separate WCs (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) to complete the sanitary facilities and, like the rest of the house, they are accessible to people with reduced mobility. After the beach, you can relax in the large 5-seater Canadian spa (2 massage beds and 3 seats) on the wooden terrace, facing a forest. A large family table will host your family meals, sheltered by a pergola in pure Pylat style. Deckchairs, a hammock and garden armchairs await your naps and reading. A Weber griddle and barbecue are also available for grilling.

On arrival, you can park your car in front of the villa.

The Bassin d'Arcachon is also: the large lakes of Cazaux, Sanguinet and Biscarrosse, Cap Ferret accessible by boat from Le Moulleau or Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla, of course, the salt meadows and their oyster huts, the Teich ornithological park, canoe trips on the Leyre or on the Arguin banks, Aqualand in La Teste, the town of Arcachon and its 4 estates linked to the 4 seasons and its typical architecture, etc. .. It's hard to list everything that will delight young and old alike! There will be little room for boredom during your stay. The lively neighbourhoods of bars, restaurants and cafés in the basin will make for unforgettable outings. Bordeaux is 45 minutes away by train. Further south, the Landes and Basque coasts.... Nature and cultural tourism just a hop, skip and a jump away by train or car! You'll find all the information you need, including brochures, maps and charts, on arrival. Golfers will be delighted with the magnificent Arcachon golf course just 800m from the villa. Set off on foot with your caddy! Cyclists are also welcome for unforgettable rides. Fishing and hunting enthusiasts too!

An electric shuttle bus will take you directly from the eco-neighbourhood to the centre and station of La Teste and Arcachon. Other buses are just 300m away to take you anywhere in the Basin (Basin or Ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla). Last but not least, you can hire a car or scooter from Arcachon station. The ideal way to get around during your stay is by bike, with cycle paths just about everywhere. In short, all roads lead to us!

An eco-neighbourhood is a neighbourhood designed with respect for the environment and integrated into the local natural environment. Geothermal energy and the sharing of secure communal areas, such as a swimming pool and playgrounds, are the hallmarks of an eco-neighbourhood. Quality of life is a priority for all the residents (peace and quiet, waste sorting, etc.).
