✦ Whether you just want to relax on your king bed, read a book, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

✦ This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one double sized pullout sofa and both bedrooms having extra privacy with locks on them. Bedrooms include a King bed and queen bed - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $25ea or $40(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of the basement suite during your stay. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there is something you feel is missing, simply reach out and let us know! You can contact us anytime by messaging us through Airbnb and we will respond to you right away. Our property has keyless entry so it should be easy to access, but if there are any issues, reach out!

Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the beautiful and quiet Mill Creek Ravine. Head down for an afternoon stroll on some of the finest walking/biking trails Edmonton has to offer.

Millcreek is a neighborhood located in southeast Edmonton, Alberta. It is a diverse and vibrant community, with a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas. The neighborhood is known for its wide range of amenities and convenient location, making it a popular place to live and visit.

One of the main attractions in Millcreek is the Millcreek Ravine, a picturesque natural area that is popular for hiking, biking, and picnicking. The neighborhood is also home to the Millcreek Community League, which offers a variety of programs and events for residents.

Other points of interest in Millcreek include the Southgate Centre, a large shopping mall with a variety of stores and restaurants, and the Mill Creek Outdoor Pool, which is a popular destination in the summer months. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near the University of Alberta, Jasper Ave, Ice District and the Whyte Avenue area, which is known for its vibrant nightlife and shopping scene. We are also 20 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall and the Edmonton International Airport!

Whether you have your own transportation, are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber/taxi, Edmonton provides access to anything you need to get you to where to where you need to go.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. The owners of the home live upstairs so we have neighbors to respect.

✦ No pets allowed in the home. No exceptions.

✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.

✦ This is a NON-PARTY home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

✦ Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.

✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.

✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Would stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for where we needed to go. Easy check in. Easy access. So much more comfortable than a hotel!Made a suggestion to get a better shower head for more water flow and they will be looking into that. Great to communicate with and we would for sure stay here again.

Convenient place for folks with a vehicle

The apartment, roomy, with comfortable beds, had an uninspiring but unobjectionable all-Ikea decor. It was clean, and remarkably well provisioned -- with coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing and washing tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, and even moisturizer. A job well done, by the property managers, who also ensured efficient communications. The kitchen boasted a full complement of pots, bowls, whisks, etc. which allowed us to prep a family Christmas dinner with no real headaches. The location, however, was inconvenient for our group of 4 adults, two older, as we were on foot, and the rental sits at the bottom of a hill, with the sidewalks dangerously slippery with ice, and the closest corner-store more than a mile away. I was sorry I had failed to infer these drawbacks from the general location -- all we had, until exactly 24 hours before check-in. All in all, probably a better bet in summer, when one could take full advantage of hikes in the ravine, and enjoy a cooler, darker basement suite -- rather than the vagaries of a spotty heating system (through ceiling vents).

Concert Event

We stayed at this Rental as we came down to Edmonton for a concert. The location is quiet, very close to down town as well. The home was cleanly, spacious and open. We didn’t cook or anything. However, it would be nice for bottles of water versus the tap. A few more towels, and an additional fan in the other bedroom. Very minor things. But we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again if we had the opportunity to :)

Great place to stay downtown Edmonton

We had a great stay at this property. Very comfortable for our family of five. Quick access to downtown, Kinsmen Sports Centre, and Whyte ave - on a lovely, quiet street. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Beautiful accommodation in an outstanding location

This a just a beautiful place to stay - clean, modern, quiet, and spacious with all the amenities for a longer term stay. The location is outstanding, close to the Muttart Conservatory, Strathcona, and downtown Edmonton. Just outside the door are walking/running trails which allow you to get out into nature in the middle of the city. The hosts responded quickly to all enquiries. After booking I had to shorten our stay by one day and got our refund very quickly (some hosts take ages to give you your money back). I missed this in the ad but the only TV service you can get is if you have a paid subscription to a service (e.g. Roku). We didn't so we had a nice break from TV! I would definitely stay here again if I was going to Edmonton.

Perfect working retreat setting
