You will have access to community pools (3 are within 1/2 mile) plus numerous parks. There are several outdoor fenced patio/ balcony spaces to enjoy but no yard so you can literally close the door and go!
It is centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood of a master planned community with easy access to 18 miles of open space and trails as well as beautifully designed neighborhood pools and bbq areas. Close to numerous golf courses for all skill levels.
