Furnished River Hall is a 3 bed 2 bath condo that has been decorated for style, comfort, and functionality. The Master bedroom has a King Bedroom set and a large walk in closet. There is a lounge chair to relax and a HDTV on the wall with XFinity TV and High-Speed internet throughout the house. The ensuite bathroom has a dual vanity, a huge walk in shower and a soaker bath tub. A separate door separates the toilet from the rest of the beauty.

Off the Master bedroom to your right is a beautiful screened in deck with 3 large doors that open up the area to soak up the beautiful nights breeze and hear all the wildlife swimming in the lake behind the property. There is plenty of seating for you and your guests to enjoy the sunsets and into the night.

The living room area has beautiful lighting and decorations and a couch big enough for all your friends. Relax and watch TV on the 55" smart HDTV with all the streaming apps built right in. The dining room nearby has seating for 6 with a large rectangular glass table for intimate dinner occasions.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your day to day cooking. 3 year old Samsung appliances have all the "high tech" you would need in a kitchen. We set you up with a Ninja Coffee pot, blender, mixer, baking essentials, pots and pans, knife block, and all the other small utensils you would need in a kitchen. There is also a table and chair set for 6 for more everyday use.

Bedroom number 2 has a Queen size bedroom set with a huge walk in closet. There is a TV on the dresser and storage to move in to. The bedroom sits right next door to the 2nd full bathroom on the premises. Across from the bathroom is the washer/dryer room with an ironing board, vacuum, and more room for storage.

The third bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds and a closet. There is storage under the beds as well and USB outlets on the nightstand. Beautiful linens make this room relaxing for guests or your little ones.

Lastly our Den is a wonderful hangout to get yourself away. Our leather recliners can have you lay back and listen to music or watch TV on another smart HDTV in the house. Just off the kitchen so getting food and drinks aren't far from your finger tips.
