My only issue is the pool area. It definitely needs to be addressed. The furniture is old and dirty. Tables falling apart. No umbrellas for shade, and the area could use a power wash. For such a great resort you would think this wouldn't be an issue but it was.

Our 3rd Sandestin Trip

We enjoyed fishing, swimming and the golf cart. This is the only rental we’ve been to where the air was set to 72 on arrival which was nice! Our teens asked to rent this unit again bc they could fish while we watched from the balcony or pool.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway

This spot was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The golf cart was so helpful to get all over the resort. This is our third time down to Sandestin in the past year and we really enjoyed this side of the resort. Bed was comfortable. Back deck seating overlooks the golf course and bay. We enjoyed the sun rising in the morning and sitting outside for our coffee. Would stay again without hesitation! Thank you!

Just a few suggestions, Golf cart needs to be serviced, wouldn’t charge all the way up and very hard to turn steering wheel. Screen door needs adjusting (wouldn’t close all the way to keep the nats out and sliding door need adjusting extremely hard to lock. Wish they had a no smoking policy close to the condo. The guest renting condo below sat on steps and smoked constantly. These are just suggestions and I give the place a 5 star rating. The golf cart is a great amenity and I would never rent a place in San Destin without one.

However; we did run into some minor issues on the first night. The hot water was not working properly in the shower - so maintenance AND the plumber of the property had to come out and tighten a knob with tools. That was a bit inconvenient because the first night we had to take cold showers. But we were serviced the next morning! Also, the condo was pretty clean accept for sand that had been left over from the previous guests. The sand was found on the kitchen chairs and was under the dinner table. Everything else was awesome! I would rent this condo again

Loved this condo and location!

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful in a nice quiet area, yet was a convenient short drive to the beach and Baytown on the golf cart. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all communications. We loved having the golf cart! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for a spring break getaway for my husband and I. The golf cart makes enjoying Sandestin to easy and fun. Great deck seating-we even enjoyed a fireworks show shot off from the marina! Harbor Pointe is a great location in sandestin not far from anything.

Great getaway

We booked this property for a quick kid free getaway before spring break. The condo was super clean and very nice. The location was great as we were in a very short driving distance from lots of good places to eat. Bed was super comfortable.

Great Property for Small Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The unit is nicely decorated, was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and is located in a great area. The golf cart was a great addition as well. We didn’t really have any concerns that required the property manager’s assistance, but I did contact them regarding something I noticed in the unit and they responded in a timely manner. Overall, this is a great unit and it made our stay in Destin much more enjoyable. We will definitely try to rent this one again!

It was very clean when we checked in. The location in Sandestin was also great. We have stayed at Sandestin before but always on the beach side so this was a very pleasant experience being on the bay side for a change. Would do it again. Plus, the golf cart was a perfect addition. We would want that option on future stays. The condo had everything we needed and very close to the nice pool.

Great condo in a great location within the SanDestin community! Were able to watch the fireworks from the village right from our balcony with an unobstructed view. Our daughter loved it! Having a golf cart is a must when staying in this community so we were very thankful for the very nice and comfy golf cart! The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It was also very spacious. Loved the shower! Gibson Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and organized. We are vacation rental owners ourselves and we know how hard it is to find a good management company. Gibson did not disappoint! We will be back!
