The 40m² apartment is located in the "Mer & Soleil" residence in the "L'Ermitage" district, which is situated at the edge of "La forêt de la pierre attelée", the department's unique dune forest, and facing the sea.



Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it has a bedroom with a bunk bed and in the living area a double pull-down bed. The lounge-living room with TV provides access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The rental also has a washing machine and a hairdryer. A bathroom and WC complete the rental. You have a private parking space and also benefit from the residence's communal areas which include a library, table tennis table, mini-golf and outdoor play area for children.

Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low. For those with a sweet tooth, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchots Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams from the Fraiseraie, the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel" and not forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".
