Surround yourself in Blue Mountain peace, comfort, and style. This beautiful private 3 bedroom townhouse is in the renowned Wintergreen Resort. It is steps to the mountain, just a five minute walk to the Village, and a short walk to the center of everything Blue Mountain has to offer. Guests adore this 1,600 sq ft. townhouse for it’s stylish furnishings, incredible mountain views, private sauna, fast Internet, gaming console, two private decks, a new gas BBQ, three large smart TVs with Netflix, new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and loads of coffee and tea. The townhouse is also located on the Monterra Golf Course.

This townhouse sleeps six people in bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people comfortably using the fold-out couch and mattress. Wintergreen Dream is professionally managed by Legacy Home Rentals. We have an unbeatable cleaning staff who are meticulous and take pride in providing a spotless entry. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please let us know and we will work hard to fix it and please you as soon as possible. We are looking forward to hosting you!

Amazing place!! Very clean and great location!!!

Perfect location for a winter getaway! Just a few minutes walk to the village , parking was great and our stay was fantastic! Very clean condo with tones of space! Views of the mountains were picture perfect as well! Will be booking again with this host , easy to contact and very helpful for any of our questions! Thank you for a great stay.

Quality place, full amenities and close to the Village

Property was really clean and had full amenities. All we had to do was bring food. Everything else we needed was there. It was just a short walk to the Blue Village so very convenient. We would definitely book again.

Place was very clean. Well maintained. Very close to the village (less then 5 min walk) Even if parking lot is full there is tons of parking across the street which is no big deal. Highly recommend. Sauna in the main bedroom is a nice added perk for sure.

Home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our three-night stay at Wintergreen Mountain Dream. The townhome was spotless, and the owner clearly goes above and beyond with what is provided. Communication was excellent—responses to our questions were very quick and much appreciated. The views were absolutely picturesque, with beautiful sightlines of the mountain. The townhome is close enough to walk to the village (about eight minutes), though it’s a bit far in ski boots. Since we brought our own equipment, having a car was necessary, and we parked in the closest lot to the ski hills ($15). Aside from that, the proximity to the village is ideal. One of our favorite features was the sauna in the master bedroom—an excellent way to warm up after a long walk or a day of skiing. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the summer!

Great property handy for everything at Blue Mountain

Chose this property as it was great value and with better facilities than those in the village itself. It didn’t disappoint, located just across the road from the edge of the village meant that we could walk everywhere or grab the shuttle to South if we were being lazy. With 2 older teenagers in the group they had all the freedom they wanted during the day and at night. The property is truly amazing - warm, comfortable and well equipped with beautiful wooden floors and everything you might need. The market is 2 mins away if you need to pick up last minute supplies. We have stayed at various properties at Blue and would definitely recommend this one.

Fantastic place to stay

Wonderful condo! Everything that you'd need was there and worked as expected. The kitchen was fully equipped (including coffee!!!!!) the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot. The location was an easy 5 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village. All in all we had an excellent 3 night stay. Highly recommended!

Good times at WinterGreen. My son, my dad and I enjoyed 3 days to explore Blue Mountain Village and ski. Very comfortable, clean, easy access to the mountain, and everything else you need. This place is golden.
