We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Our hosts were very responsive to us. The beach house was so unique and charming. Very well equipped. We were so impressed by the gardens and scenery. It was steps from the bay, and the private beach was so serene. We thought the single bathroom would be an issue but was really not, even for 6 adults. The outdoor shower was a plus. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Cape Cod.

It never gets old to be here, only better

It only gets better each year we stay here and it has been a few years now. We have family and friends visit each year. Often the same friends. New girlfriends. New grandbabies. Making memories and traditions. It’s a beautiful charming property. Always kept up and clean. Never an issue with anything. Communication with the host is easy and friendly. My family loves the property and always speaks about the nxt time….nxt year. Thank you Jess and thanks to your family for sharing this wonderful place.

Best Rental in Cape Cod

This home has it all! Perfect location, pristine beach, clear water for swimming, private and the gardens and landscaping will have you thinking you’re in paradise! Perfect for families. Very well equipped, dishes, pots and pans, beach chairs... you won’t need to pack much! Just lovely, can’t wait to go back!

Another week in paradise

This was our second year vacationing at this charming, spacious property with a gorgeous view of the private beach from the comfortable covered patio, where even a few thunderstorms couldn't dampen our spirits. We enjoyed use of the grill and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and Jessica was a lovely host as always. A picture-perfect Cape vacation!

ANOTHER PARADISE VACA!!!

As this was our 6th year staying in this home, you can only imagine how much we love it. 7 adults sharing one bath hasn't deterred us and the setting and view is worth the sacrifice, LOL - Hoping to do it again in 2023!

5th YEAR and booking a 6th

As always, it was another wonderful, relaxing vacation and we basically lived on the beach, deck and hammocks for our entire 14 days. Love the big kitchen and how well it is outfitted and the second shower (outdoors) was enjoyed by all. Looking forward to 2022!

A FANTASTIC 2 WEEKS

My family, friends and I all had a really wonderful experience at this charming home on the water. Just got home today and ready to book for next year! It was such a nice quiet beach and having our dog able to swim and hang with us was the best. Looking forward to returning in 2018! Diane & Scott

Cottage

Beautiful property. House is unusual but with a lot of charm and character. A one of a kind “ find”. The beach is just amazing. Owners very helpful and attend to any concerns or questions immediately. This is our 3rd year here and we have already booked for nxt year.

I have rented at this property before…my family and I love it. We try to come back every year. Some years it’s so popular we miss our chance. We have rented on the cape many times before and this is our favorite location and home. The cottage is so welcoming and so family friendly. The beach is wonderful. We have even come to know families in the neighboring homes. The host is always there should you need anything. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience there…it why we keep coming back.

The beach

This is our 3 rd or 4 th time renting this property. It is the best place we have ever stayed… The cottage is cozy, but spacious, charming, with flowers everywhere. Then when you look through the flowers and trees you will find the bay at its best. Everything that you could need is there to cook, entertain, or just enjoy the beach. Outside porch is confrontable and you can see the ocean or grill in the front of the house where there is a second seating area. Hosts are welcoming, responsive and just want to make your stay enjoyable….

Privacy problem

Despite the presence of only one bathroom and the absence of a washer/dryer in your cottage, we had a wonderful time in 2022 enjoying its charm and the wonderful peaceful solitude and privacy of the place. The latter was missing this year, as we shared the property with you, your friend, and your husband. You were all very friendly, courteous, and considerate, but it was not what we expected from a place advertised as having a private beach.

Couldn't have loved this place more!

We when arrived we immediately knew that we were going to love our week at this property as it more than lived up to the expectations we had from seeing all the pictures of it online. The charm and decor, the amenities and location - they all made our week just perfect - we hardly wanted to leave the property to do all the things that we love to do when we visit the Cape (but so easy as Route 6A is moments away)! Our family group included 3 generations: a Grandpa, my husband and myself, our 2 adult daughters, one boyfriend, and 3 dogs. Everyone was so comfortable and felt right at home - right away we booked for next summer! The beautiful garden, the porch and view of the bay were wonderful. In just moments we were down the short path to the perfect private beach, called Sunset Beach - where we truly watched the sunset over the ocean - not too many places to do that in the Northeast! We have stayed in many different places over the years, and have now found the perfect one.

The best!!!!

The house was very unique in its decorating and overall antique qualities. We loved it. Actually everyone who came appreciated the antique home for its charm and character. The house was very well stocked, more so than any property I have ever rented. That made being there and having friends and family easy and fun. The 2 outside seating areas were so wonderful it made it hard to choose where to relax after the beach....and the beach, well what could I say?....Coffee looking out over the sea, the flats with all its beautiful colors and sea creatures, being able to walk and run as far as you could see. Evening with a cocktail watching the sunset. It was a little piece of heaven. I could never decide if I loved the ocean or the bay more. This experience has shown me a beauty of the bay I never had before. I have been coming to the cape since I was a little girl( I’m 61 now) and this “spot/home” was up there as one of my favorites. Thank you

Magical beach property and luminous sunset.

Not only do you get private access to a white sand beach and warm water, the property itself is beholden to a magic and charm unparalleled in your typical rental. The yard is packed with an abundance of colorful flowers and sculptures. It offers many nooks to find some quiet when vacationing with a group. The property exceeded my expectations for the family. The property beckons you to not leave it. It is easy to forget there is a busy Cape Cod summer season in full swing while you are there. The The owners are gracious and friendly. Our favorite activities were looking for moon snails, walking the flats, and swimming. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is easily accessible. Nickerson State Park has some great trails to hike on. The Natural History Museum is a great rainy day option to learn about the local ecosystem. Stone L'Oven Pizza has great pies to take-out. If you need a morning mocha head down to Snowy Owl near the hardware store. My favorite quick fish fix is JT's, but if you are craving fine dining head down to the Bramble Inn, Brewster Fish House, or Chillingsworth. This spot is one of those places you never forget about. I highly recommend this rental for any vacationer searching for a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary.

Wonderful serene getaway

We had a truly amazing stay - the cottage is every bit as charming as shown in the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the serene environment, private beach access and - having had a hobby chef among us - abundance of lobster cooking ware (from pot to utensils).
