Girl’s Trip

The overall experience was good. It was easy. The layout was good for our group. The townhome could use many updates to help with overall visual experience.

Nice, relaxing place, but needs a little TLC

This apartment/condo is a very nice place to stay and unwind for a few days. Good access to shopping in Somerset and to hiking a sightseeing. The place itself was a bit of disappointment to me and my wife because it was not especially clean when we arrived, and because the property needs some general updating to be really great. Overall, we had a relaxing a pleasant time, but likely would look elsewhere if we were going to go for a similar getaway in the future.

Our team at Lake Cumberland Resort III strives to make each stay the best possible for our guests. Unfortunately, there will be issues to overcome along the way, and we do our absolute best to correct those. This encounter is not a true representation of what we offer in our rentals. We take pride in our reviews. Because we are nearly at a 5-star rating, we are a Super Host on Airbnb and a Premiere Partner with VRBO. This home is currently rated 4.77. Our standards are high, and we go over all issues with our staff to ensure we each learn from any mistakes. Our homeowner is very particular, so we thank you for bringing these things to our attention. Moving forward, we will continue to work with our Six Sigma Consultant on our company policies and procedures.

Great view

We were sent over 30 minutes out of our way for nothing!! The property is wonderful.
