Summary:

This beach house has everything you can think of for your beach stay. Island Vibes House is beautifully furnished and decorated home that features an incredible location.



The Space:

Island Vibes House offered by Beach Time Rentals



As you step into this spacious beach retreat, you'll feel instantly at home as this living space is decorated with soothing beach colors and unique works of coastal-themed art throughout.



The home has been totally updated! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for 4 guests.



The living room is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and features a sofa and accent chair and Smart TV.



Right outside the living room is a porch with seating for everyone where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV and share a full bathroom featuring a shower.



The location is steps from the sand, a short walk to restaurants like Frenchy's, Palm Pavilion, ClearSky and many more.

You are also close to bars, shops and outdoor water experiences. This house is in front of a cottage that can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that’s shared is the laundry room.



VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement and its first come/first serve. Only one vehicle will fit there, we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.



* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy and there is a bar next door, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.



* One small pet allowed - this is a duplex so a well-behaved pet that doesn't bark while they are left alone - This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes



Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

My wife & I were married on Sand Key Beach a couple of weeks ago, but had planned to stay on Clearwater Beach, with all of our guests staying in the same area as well. What a great location! It's just steps from the beach and right around the corner from Crabby's Beachside Pavilion which is a spot you absolutely have to check out. We spent quite a bit of time there, but keep in mind that everything else is very close as well :) The cottage was very clean and couldn't have been cuter and more pleasantly decorated. And we loved the outside porch area! Thank you for an amazing stay! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We had an excellent experience staying here! The place was spotless and very well-maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative, which made the whole process super easy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free stay. Would definitely book again!

The rental was very nice had everything you need if you forgot anything! Great environment for the family and we loved the beach access was feet away! The manager MONA was amazing and had recommended some great local restaurants and shops that ended up amazing as well! Great place and we will b returning!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beach rental! You cannot beat the location. The house was extremely clean. Mona was an amazing host and had great communication throughout the entire stay! I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, cute house

This rental is very comfortable, cute and nicely updated! Beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. Had everything we needed. Beach is just a short stroll down the street and can even see it from the patio seating area. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shops, and even next door to a bar (but not loud)! Highly recommend.

Amazing location

This location is perfect for walking to the beach, which is literally like 80 steps…and all of our favorite restaurants like the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s Rockaway. The bedrooms were good sized and the shower is amazing. The porch was our favorite spot to hang out in the event. We had everything we needed in the house including beach towels. We will DEFINITELY be renting this cute cottage when we’re back in Clearwater Beach!
