Our newly renovated “Catalina Condo” is a Private 1 bedroom / 1 bath condominium located in the heart of the Tucson Foothills. Tierra Catalinas is situated in undulating hills with lush desert landscape near the La Encantada shopping center. Walking distance to shopping & best restaurants. Within a short drive to top resort destinations and golf courses. Wifi is provided along with basic TV options. One reserved parking is provided and additional guest space located near unit.

Very nice property. Great location. Convenient to hiking, golf, shopping, restaurants. Had everything we needed. Really nice to have access to grill .

We have stayed in many VRBOs in Tucson while visiting our grandchildren, and this unit probably has the nicest "appointments" of any condo we have stayed at: lots of nice towels, soft sheets, lovely kitchen utensils, magnifying mirrors, a hot/cold water filter, tennis rackets, good lighting, a nice BBQ, and very helpful instructions and labels everywhere. These hosts have thought of everything you might need, and everything is very nice quality. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great place to stay & is conveniently located. The owners added some very nice extras, including a large bottled water machine ! Bed is comfortable and the shower is far the best I’ve had in any rental . Most of the appliances appeared new. Complex is friendly and had very nice hot tub (I didn’t use the pool). Communication with owner was great.

Amazing Condo - Fantastic experience.

This condo was wonderful! Clean, and comfortable. Had anything you could think of, down to a small cooler we used on our hikes. Loved the clean safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Excellent place to stay. Very functional and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Only issue is that our feet/socks got very dirty walking inside. Perhaps the source is the black asphalt and people not removing their shoes?

New Year's Break

Although our circumstances changed from the time we booked our trip until just the day before (the passing of a family member), we found the Catalina Condo exceeded our expectations at every turn. Close to outdoor recreation, high-end shopping, incredible eateries...the list goes on! The condo itself is so well-appointed we felt right at home. Whenever we return, we will search for this condo's availability first. Thank you Daniel and Tracy for being such awesome hosts!
