The location of the house was awesome. 1/2 block to the beach entrance and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The house had very nice views of the gulf from the front deck, kitchen and master bedroom. It was neat, clean and comfortable. Our stay was great and we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful home. The beach is just across the street. Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away. This was our second stay at this home. We will be back for a third.

Awesome family home with excellent location !

Stayed here for a week March 2025 - great house clean with plenty of room - awesome view of the ocean. Short 3 minute walk to the beach!

Beautiful property, comfy beds and the view is amazing ! The only thing I would suggest is maybe having garbage bags , extra toilet paper and paper towels or pods for the dish washer as we had to make an extra trip out to get those items We did end up having a late check in bc the property management team said the cleaning crew missed our house, so that was frustrating but overall a wonderful stay and beautiful home and view ! Right across the street from beach access

Perfect Location

Loved the location! Easy walk to beach and bike ride to shops and food. Appliances, bedding and bikes could use an update. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in this house on AMI. The home was spacious, clean, and very well-stocked. The huge front porch had a view of the ocean, and the path to the beach was only a few short steps away. It was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend this house.

Ana Maria Island Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation thanks to the wonderful house steps away from the beach we stayed at for the week, the beach house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 guests, with a three car garage and all the beach necessities included. Communication with the host was fluid and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect!!

This property is clean, comfortable and so close to the beach! The rooms are large, beds are comfy and the house is well stocked with everything you might need for a vacation on the island. The owners are friendly and quick to respond. We can’t wait to return!

House was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well supplied for all cooking needs. Beach chairs were in excellent shape and plentiful, including umbrellas. We very much enjoyed the stay. underscore delightful and friendly.

Our Favorite: location, house, owners/management

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is wonderful: comfortable beds, good sized rooms and bathrooms, all the beach things you might need (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, wagon, etc), drip and keurig coffee makers, all the things. The location is awesome: only a two minute walk to the beach. The owners and management are incredibly responsive, kind and easy to communicate with- after difficulty with management at other homes, I am so grateful to know that our stay at this home will be stress-free!

Communications with Kerstin were easy and efficient. The kitchen is well-appointed, which is important for us as we prefer eating in. Our family of 6 was very pleased with this rental. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The beach was beautiful and practically empty. Felt like a private beach and it was just a short walk. Would definitely recommend.
