The house was great for us. I loved that it had chairs to use and the pool was so nice as we were waiting on dad to cook up dinner. So easy to get to the beach. Loved it.

Overall, a great experience for our family. The beds were comfortable. The living space was great for game night. The pool was the perfect size for relaxation. The beach was an excellent distance for quick walks. Our host was quick to communicate about anything and everything. Our family certainly enjoyed our time here.

House was clean and appeared as it is on the booking platform. Beds were comfortable and the space provided plenty of room for my family of 6. The private pool was beautiful. Many pool and beach accessories available for use. Any easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking/golf cart ride distance. We did not have any issues, but if we did, I am confident the owner would have addressed promptly. I appreciated him checking in during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time. Would highly recommend!

Our host was very friendly. The house came with everything we needed and more. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk. The pool was fantastic! Several restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we stay on Anna Maria Island.

Joe was the best host! He made everything so easy and was on top of any issues we may have encountered. The house was perfect for our stay and so close to the beach! Sunsets are amazing! They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, sand toys and a wagon to easily get your things to the beach. It was located in a quiet dead end street and the pool was perfect for my 7 year old to play and swim. Beds were comfy and kitchen had most anything you would need. Location was perfect for our family trip and the beach access was easy to get to. AMI is our favorite vacation destination and we will be back!

Loved the location! A short walk to town, the beach, restaurants and the dog park. The heated pool was nice and the privacy was great, being on a dead end street.The owner (Joe) was quick to respond for any questions. The house was really clean and the service (pool, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) was top notch. It was our first time on AMI and we really enjoyed the area!

Overall, we had a good experience. The area is very quiet and close to the beach, and the pool is beautiful. Just two things...the pool furniture needs updating or replacing...one of the chairs was busted completely. The other was a bad mosquito problem by the pool. We bought some spray but it didn't make much difference so evenings by the pool weren't doable. We do appreciate being able to stay there. It was next door to the very first house we ever stayed at on Anna Maria, 20 years ago. The memories are priceless.

Beautiful house on a beautiful Island

The house was perfect. It is a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Easy to get around every where on the Island. Great vacation! We are looking forward to returning next year!!

Great location!

The house was a good size for our family of four. The location was excellent, close to the beach and everything else. We loved the pool and spent many hours in it! It was great that all the beach necessities and pool stuff were already there for us to use.

Perfect location. Close to the Beach Access. Walkable eating and bar options. Pool has a perfect balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Definitely returning soon.

The Beach Cottage

Loved the decor of the cottage. Enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Used bike to grab a bite at the Ugly Grouper. Beach is close as well. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

Perfect House

This house was just right for our little family! Clean, well stocked, great location, pool was wonderful, owners had great communication. It was so nice to be able to come to the beach and everything already be here: beach chairs, kitchen items, linens. The location was wonderful just right down the street and close to restaurants/store. Definitely would like to come back!
