Beautiful Views! Your Outdoor Paradise awaits. Mountain Cabin with great sunsets

Mountain top paradise awaits you! Lovely two story 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with amazing views and sunsets perfect for the nature and outdoor lover. Big family room with wood burning stone fireplace. Large open newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farm house sink, granite countertops and stone back splash. Fully equipped with everything you need. Enough room to accommodate six adults and six children. Lots of things to do including watching movies, playing board games or foosball and plenty of outdoor fun nearby.
Beautiful outdoor porch with great views, rocking chairs, porch swing, gas grill and fire pit.
Walking trails on the property and mountain. Three ponds at the bottom of the mountain, just a short hike away. Flat open area on the property great for outdoor activities.
The cabin is located just 2 miles from the Nantahala Outdoor Center and Appalachian Trail and a short drive to multiple hiking trails, rivers and lakes. 14 mile drive to downtown Bryson City with restaurants and shops, 30 miles to downtown Sylva, and 77 miles to Asheville. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is 17 miles away.

Property located up a narrow mountain road, All-Wheel or 4 Wheel makes it easier but we have never had any vehicle not make it up the mountain, car, van or SUV, front and rear wheel drive. All Wheel or 4-Wheel drive recommended October through March.

The property was amazing! The view of the mountains every morning was spectacular. Sunsets were especially beautiful from the back balcony. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room.

Everything was great. Make sure you have a vehicle that can climb the road that winds around to the cabin. Every thing else was excellent. From the neighbors to the host. Nothing was outdated in this house everything from the appliances to the bathroom.. if you have a stressful job as I do a few days at this cabin can recharge you.

Awesome home/Great views

This is our 3 or 4 time staying here with 10 adults. Plenty of room, very nice, and close to the Nantahala Outdoor Center and Bryson City. We will be back next year.

Weekend Getaway in the Clouds

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It’s bell laid out and provided ample space for us to congregate. From the back porch, we enjoyed watching the clouds float through the valley below. We plan on going back!

Polar Express

We stayed in this cabin in anticipation for our polar express train ride! The drive to the cabin is rough. But the cabin and view are amazing! Clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. My family deeply enjoyed it.

Mountain top cabin.

Was the best stocked rental. Really loved the place; however it really is a crooked narrow road getting to the cabin. Cabin definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Very secluded and beautiful scenery.

We are glad you loved the cabin, we try our best to keep it fully stocked and cleaned properly. Thank you for letting us know about needing additional cleaning. We will get our cleaning crew on it immediately. As for the road, we do state in the property description that it is located on a narrow mountain road and that all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Beautiful cabin

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin is beautiful and the views are absolutely gorgeous! The location was great for exploring the area. We were traveling with two cars. One was a four wheel drive and one was not. We didn't have any trouble making it to the house (the weather was wonderful though). I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving in the mountains

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room. Everything was great except there is no heat in the downstairs bathroom. The can opener or coffee pot don’t work.. We really enjoyed our vacation. We definitely would go back !

Paradise on Earth

Such a beautiful spot!! Thanksgiving with our grown kids and grand baby!! It was perfect for us. The scenery was gorgeous. There was plenty to cook a huge meal with and plenty of space between the rooms provided! The owner was very helpful. If you enjoy hiking, there is the national forest close by! It was great! Definitely will consider staying again! Thank you!!

Not much to say. Cabin was nice, could probably use some attention and if you need to be able to work remotely while visiting the internet is not great. Good spot to stay if you want to enjoy nantahala.
