この施設について

Lakefront Getaway. Private Waterfront Home with Dock and Sunroom.

This is a whole house rental. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located directly on Moses Lake with its own dock. Spend an afternoon kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake (we have several for you to use). Enjoy the sunroom/game room and 2 living rooms. One living room has a King sized Murphy Bed that will be set up for your use, upon request. Home includes all the amenities you will need including King size beds, a queen bed, bunk beds(best for kids and youth) washer/dryer, air hockey, beach towels, a Keurig, a BBQ grill and ample off street parking, enough space for 5 cars. Come and make memories in this home away from home.

Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April and takes about 4 weeks to fill. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 32" deep. (Water toys and BBQ are available during spring and summer months when the water is up).

Great host. Moses lake location is close to everything. House is stocked with everything expected at a short term rental. Amazing lake side area to bbq and play games in the back yard. Lots of beds to accommodate large family gatherings. Everything was better than expected bases on what pictures show. House was very clean. Amazing lake view.

The Kitchen has been updated from the listing. There are white cabinets and black and white quartz / granite countertops. The lake is quite shallow for swimming, but was great for floating in PFDs and relaxing. Michael's On The Lake was a fabulous dinner, mini golf was fabulous. WinCo is closest grocery store. Surf and Slide is a local water park, but air quality index needs to be less than 150 for it to be operating. Very enjoyable vacation! We'll hope to return in the future.

Very clean and comfortable home! Nice touches with very tasteful decorating, good smelling soap, spices available, plenty of towels, comfy beds, paddle boards, prime video. The water out front does look inviting as it is brown and has debris in it. It would have been helpful for the description to mention whether swimming is advised. Across the lake is a noisy street and city businesses, not the most tranquil. Thank you!

Loved the house! Plenty of room for all 10 of us in the house and for our cars. Quiet neighborhood. Tons of really good food nearby, we tried three of the suggestions in the welcome binder and they were all great. The house was very clean, and the games worked great, the dock area was our favorite spot to hang out, along with using the kayaks that come with the house rental, we were able to dock our personal boats and even get picked up in the boat we rented from someone else. The bbq was clean and worked great. The house rules are more than reasonable and the checkout process was minimal. I'd recommend this house to anyone trying to get away in the Moses lake area!

Restful and Lovely View

This has to be one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at and there have been quite a few. I highly recommend if you are ever going to Moses Lake you can't beat the location. My only complaint, if I really had one is check out time was 10am, a little early.

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. We were traveling with our children and four young grandchildren. The house was very comfortable and safe for the children. I especially like the lock on the stove and the ice machine! Having a fully fenced yard allowed us all to relax and not worry that and if the kiddos would run off! Highly recommend for families!
