Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath + loft Chalet with Hot tub and amazing views in a totally private setting of 6 acres. Private Hiking trails around the property leading to streams and ponds. Only minutes from the quaint town of Wilmington and Lake Whitingham.
by 11/15- New Queen bed in 3rd Bedroom and Bunk bed moved to ground level family room. Will update photos after completion
I am available 24/7 for any questions or issues. I have local support personal to respond to any onsite issues.
*- Winter months require AWS or 4X4 vehicle
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
*- Non Shedding dog will be considered. Please inquire about your pet before booking. There will be $75/stay up to 3 nights.
*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Been going to this area in VT for 25 years. We originally came for the skiing at Mt Snow but now we come for all seasons. The foliage is beautiful, the summers are amazing. No humidity and you sleep with a blanket.
