This 4 bedroom/3 bath is in a quiet, well-lit community. with friendly neighbors, walkable groceries, and kid-friendly surroundings which gives it a homey feeling. This is a great area for families or groups of friends who want to have a relaxing stay away from the buzz and crowd of the city. There are 39 restaurants, 5 groceries, and 11 nightlife within the area. There is a Ring doorbell, electronic entry lock, and one exterior security camera on the porch, outside the entryway. We love pets and will always try to welcome them but unfortunately, they do bring some extra work with them. Many guests have allergies so we need to do extra cleaning. ;) Please take note of the following: a. Pets are welcome with prior written approval. Pets must be disclosed on this agreement. b. If pets are brought to the property and not approved, the fee is $250 per night per pet. c. RENTERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR PETS.
