Welcome to our modern and spacious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home, perfectly suited for large groups. Conveniently located in the heart of Rice Military, just off I-10 and Shepherd, the home offers easy access to major highways and 10–15 minute drives to Downtown Houston, The Galleria, The Medical Center, The Heights, and more.

Designed to feel like a true home away from home, the space blends a cozy atmosphere with the comfort and amenities of an elegant hotel.

The Property

This thoughtfully curated home features unique artwork. Every bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy and includes:

- Two bedrooms, two bathrooms

The first floor includes an interior privacy door that can be closed off from the second and third floors.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home through the garage and a keyless front door. Entry codes will be provided on the day of arrival.

We had 10 adults and 4 children (3 and under), and this home was perfect for us! Loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. The home was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we had to go to.

Family reunion

There were family from several states in for a wedding and it was great to be able to stay together. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The one thing that bothered me was fi ding dark black hair on the bathroom floor. That’s a pet peev of mine and grossed me out. The one freezer didn’t didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem as we had the second one. Overall it was great.

Everything was perfect literally no complaints, it was clean and looked exactly how it did online! It was very easy to communicate with the owner when I asked about early check in, the owner would respond within 30mins-1hr everytime I reached out.

The home was PERFECT. it was very clean, neat and put together. Loved how there was plenty space for the 14 of us with the space to come together as well. Quick access to most places we visited in the city. Will definitely stay again.

Great location!

Extending family in Houston for a wedding. The 8 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our large family. Had some initial concerns about travel between rehearsal/wedding/reception sites but the central location made it easy to transport our group between venues. Lots of space and much quieter than one would expect being so close to I-10.

The best vacation

The house is beautiful with two kitchens with 8 large clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The family had nothing but great words. It is also in the prefect location.

Great place for extended family to stay for a wedding

We were a multi-generational extended family group in Houston for a wedding. The house was wonderful and worked very well for us with its location, convenience to the highway and shopping (like groceries and Walmart), multiple kitchens, private bedrooms and bathrooms and laundry facilities. Our group had four cars and parking was fine. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our Needs

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was a dream to work with. We had two minor issues, one was a leak under a sink and missing silverware and it was taken care of very quickly. I liked that the property was simple and sleek - meaning not a lot of extra fuss (decorations, etc). With all bedrooms occupied, no one had any issue with the hot water and everyone was able to shower without much coordination. Do note that the property might consider adding some luggage racks. The kitchen was well stocked and made having breakfast, making a sack lunch and zipping off to the convention center a breeze. Depending on the traffic there was multiple ways to get to George R. Brown and even in high traffic it was only about 17 minutes (about 8 without traffic). The washer and dryer came in very handy as well. And were so quiet. The adults thought the furniture was not the most comfortable but the teens in our group LOVED the couch and chairs. The property is at the edge of an up and coming area although the Psychic next door caused us all some "pause," it was not an issue just funky, and it is right next too the freeway - which for travel was awesome, aesthetics not so much. But surprising very little traffic noise inside the house. This property is less were less than a mile from Sprouts, Target, Walmart, and a variety of easy to pick up food places. Oh and VooDoo Donuts!!!! I would happily rent from this host again and happily rent this home again. For those confused where which rooms are let me help a little: First Floor - 1 king room - 1 queen room 2nd Floor 4 rooms all kings 3rd Floor 2 rooms - both double queens and a little sitting area. Since our students were all keeping up on their studies and preparing for the competitions the simple desks worked great. And I don't know how they did it but there was virtually no noise from each room when the doors were closed. This made for good sleeping for everyone. Loved this property and would recommend and would rent again. Thank you.

THIS PROPERTY ENDS YOUR SEARCH!!

It's never fun orchestrating a trip for a large party (17 people) because we all know how picky one can be about living arrangements. This property checked EVERY box for the party. All rooms were approximately the same size, so no worries about who has the "better" room. Very rarely do you find 8 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. If you can find one, it is even more rare that it'll be 1 min away from the main highway. Everything was perfect. Perfect mixture of space to gather and space to enjoy privacy! Farah was great. Responded promptly to all messages/questions I had for her. Book now!!!

Central location, has everything that you need

The property was accurately described in the listing. The home was modern, spacious and had all of the amenities that one would need to have an enjoyable stay (ROKU, fast wifi, comfortable beds). The location was essentially seconds from the highway, which made it easy to travel to and a good home base to see Houston. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would certainly recommend.
