This mid-century modern home is nestled in quiet and pleasant Putnam Heights just off of Classen Boulevard, which offers a straight shot to Downtown OKC and the surrounding areas. The home is one entire unit of a two-home building.

The space is designed to offer comfort and convenience for guests whether they are visiting OKC for work, leisure, or a little bit of both. With spacious common areas and private bedrooms, it is the perfect place for any group of friends or couples. No events.

The space
This 1300 square foot home is part of a duplex and offers privacy and space during your stay. The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a large complete bathroom and a walk-in closet. The downstairs also has a full bathroom to complement the downstairs bedroom.

The living area is very comfortable with its high ceilings, broad windows, and working fireplace. The dining area connects the living area with the kitchen and features an open bar. The kitchen is furnished with brand new appliances.

Please note that there are no events or parties allowed in this home unless given special permission. The neighboring tenants will report any noise complaints and you may be evicted as a result of violating this policy.

SAD!

Let's just say the place needs work. I thought it looked great in the pics. The walls were cracked everywhere, and you can see light through one of them to the upstairs bed room. There was hair in both bed rooms an on the beds. Trash was in the can from someone but us. Dirty dishes in the dish washer. There was only two towels in each bathroom for four people for two nights. Up stairs there was sticky stuff on the floor. I tried to clean it up, but it wasn't having it. And NO closet for hanging clothes in the upstairs bed room. The back door was unlocked an the storm door won't close all the way. The smell of the place was someone awful, and when I say that it has to be bad. I am a hog farmer. I had to bring everything home an wash it, an disinfect my suit cases. Because of the smell. I have stayed at a lot of these VRBO's an I have NEVER EVER left a bad word about any of them. So I wouldn't recommend.

Family weekend getaway

Place was very beautiful and good location. Downstairs bathroom could use a towel rack or hook. Kitchen could use some little items, like creamers, sugars spices, etc. Downstairs tv needs an update as we couldn't get any apps or TV services to work on it. Otherwise, awesome place, and would definitely stay here again. Nice and quiet.
