Luxury Modern 3BR - Private Primary Suite!

Kick back and relax in this stylish, well-appointed space ideally located just off I-44 and under 3 miles from the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds. Whether you're here for an event, a weekend getaway, or a work trip, you'll love the convenience and comfort this home provides.

Inside, you’ll immediately notice the stunning hardwood floors and a recently updated modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need—perfect for everything from takeout nights to a full five-course dinner. The spacious primary suite features soaring cathedral ceilings and a private en suite bath, creating a peaceful retreat after a day in the city.

Each bed is outfitted with a plush, super-comfy mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep. And when it’s time to unwind, gather in the living room and enjoy the 70” HD smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

Please note: We’ll send over a quick rental agreement after booking—just something simple to cover house rules and protect both sides. It helps make sure expectations are clear and everything goes smoothly. Let us know if you have any questions!

Note- There will be a 3% fee (minimum $40) cancellation fee for all cancellation requests.

Great place to stay

The house is very nice. It was clean and fit all of our needs for visiting with family. Close to shopping and restaurants.

This place was such a great last minute find. Tony was a great host and answered all questions in a timely manner. The location is perfect, as it’s close to the mall and other OKC attractions. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great stay

Our stay at Tony’s home was great. The home was clean and neat. Also was cool and relaxing after a long day outdoors. Tony was very responsive when we caused a snafu and made repairs immediately, and was so understanding. We would definitely stay again, if he would have us.

Home was clean, perfect for my two sons and myself, close to mall, eating everything within a 5-15 mins drive or less, dogs on back, side of home barking was not an issue overall we enjoyed our stay

Great clean place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was true to its description. Prop. manager very responsive. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood which is close to the freeway and walking distant to a great Thai restaurant. The stairs leading to door do not have handrails and none in the bathtub. This would have been helpful for a disabled family member. Handrail is the bathroom with tub would have been. Nevertheless we would use property again.

Nice place not far from hospital

We stayed here while in Oklahoma for a medical procedure. It was a nice place not far from the hospital. Nice cozy place to rest at end of day. Neighborhood was quiet. Tony communicated very well.
