Dollys dream more like nightmare. Floor is severely messed up especially in basement. Master bath LEAKS into basement bathroom. Master bed room tv is broke like broke broke. Living room tv half way works and is powered by a drop cord.

The cabin itself was OK. Although the photos on the listing are obviously several years old. The “private theater” listed was not at all- listing showed a big sectional with a large rug set up for a family to enjoy. There was a single couch that would maybe seat 3 and no rug. The floor in the game room was in such I’ll repair it was a fall hazard. The bed listing was wrong there was no double over a single just a regular bunk. The hot cover was open when we arrived and it was full of debris- had it been cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival as their listing claims they would have known this as it should have been running and ready for us. The hot tub never worked the entire time we were there. Even though we called the office each time being told the technician was on the way after the first visit I was told that they received pictures back of it operating and running by the final day they told us it was not operable on the owner would have to be contacted because of the cost of the repair. Dishwasher did not work and was dirty when we arrived it was dirty with caked detergent in it. Kitchen was not equipped at all. No cutting board, no pot holders, 1 kitchen towel was provided for a 5day stay. Cabin supposed to sleep 13 but there were only 10 dinner plates. Towels were provided only 1 per person - ladies use more than 1 towel and IF the hot tub had been in working order would have needed more. Reached out multiple times to management- no response. Dolly’s Dream was a Nightmare

This place wasn’t up to VRBO standard. It was filthy, had roaches, the blinds were all broken. The side door was unlocked when we arrived. There were bugs on the sheets. The faucet in the kitchen was falling apart. The hood over stove was dirty and rusty. We did NOT stay there because it was so dirty. And I am still trying to get my money back from VRBO and it had been a month and a half. Run Run Run

Won’t be staying again

When we arrived, the furniture in the pictures was nothing like the furniture in the actual cabin. The bathtub in the downstairs bathroom was filthy. The upstairs master bathroom had a roach in the tub. There was wifi but we were not provided with a WiFi password. There was hair all over our towels and rags. The pool table was torn and the arcade system wouldn’t work. The cabin was not safe. There were hardly any blinds in the cabin and the ones that were in the cabin were broken. The downstairs door had gaps in it and would hardly lock. Lastly, the upstairs bathroom leaked water into the downstairs bathroom and flooded it.

So sad

The cabin was rustic can handle that but when someone got a shower in master bath it leaked through a vent in basement. Called a maintenance person came out nothing could be done because it was a vendor issue vent was rusted so this was not the first issue but they choose not to correct the issue. Hot tub was broke. Maintenance came without notice didn’t fix the hot tube but left it open.which is not good for a hot tub when a storm was coming. But no one seemed to care. Cabin sleeps 13 but was only given towels for 8 people. We were told we would be compensated for only one shower for 11 people. They told us we would be compensated $123 . That did not happen a lot of lies and very disappointing trip.

Dolly’ Dream turned to nightmare!

Where to start? First off the place is disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. Then, don’t hold your breath for the property management company to get in a hurry to help you with your needs. We didn’t have towels for over 24 hours. We ended up having to purchase our own. (This was after 5 calls and 5 lies from them). The description says 3 bathrooms? Yeah, it may have 3 but only one is usable. Downstairs bathroom hot water won’t turn on (called about this said it would be 2 hours…it was almost 5 hours before someone came). Ohhh yeah, and don’t stand at the sink in the downstairs bathroom while anyone is taking a shower in the upstairs king en-suite. It will rain on your head. Then be sure that you bring roach killer. Started seeing those our last night. If you are taking anyone elderly- don’t stay here!! To get inside the place the ramp is at a 85 degree (not 100% sure about this, but it’s steep and very dangerous) angle and maybe 3 feet long, so basically straight up and down! There will be some a** busting if it’s raining or snowing. The beds are absolute garbage and the ceiling fan portion in the king middle bedroom doesn’t even work, nor does the TV. I even went to see the manager at the management company and they wouldn’t talk to me until after maintenance had been out. Still haven’t heard from them!! Also, found a review from 9/2021 talking about the same leak I mentioned. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!!

Do not stay here

Poorly maintained.. knew they had a septic issue because it was rigged to pour out at the bottom bedrooms window. Just imagine 13 people and a septic issue .. thank goodness the management company saved us and moved us.. this trip was part of my kids Christmas present and it was a mess. Fantastic location but mold in the bathroom ceiling downstairs and sewage on the ground was not what we were expecting. The furniture all looks terrible... pictures are not accurate... do not rent this property!!!!

Disappointed

The pictures in the advertisement with VRBO must be when everything was new. The property need major care. This includes both inside and out. The ad listed a hot tub there was not one. I will not rent from this property management group again.

Dolllys Nightmare

Don't book this property! The layout was perfect for our group, it was spacious and in a great location, BUT, it was filthy and needs not just simple maintenance, but major repairs. Anytime the 1st floor shower was used, the ceiling in the bathroom in the basement leaked so of course there's mold. The drain under the kitchen sink was barely connected...more leaks and more mold. The hot tub wasn't working. Silverware put away with dried food on it; glasses with lipstick stains and dried milk in them; stovetop coated with grease; trash in the yard. I could go on. Guest services was called, and though they were friendly on the phone, service was very slow. I know it was a holiday weekend and I know businesses are short-staffed, however this cabin was not fit to be rented to anyone.

Disgusting

Very dirty water leak in the bathroom and in basement un cleaned, have fed bugs , spiderwebs simply pathetic. I would suggest you guys needs to stop this cabin for rental purpose until it’s clean and repair. I have a video and pictures if you guys need it as a proof.
