Just wonderful - near everything but not hectic, roomy yard, comfortable, appointed with lots of thoughtful extras, and most of all, great owners. Looking forward to returning!

Very cute little cottage community! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. Great location. The pool was a nice touch and we loved that we could bring our dog. Our cottage was a little run down, which is totally fine and expected, but the floors were extremely slanted and the toilet had some wood blocks propping it up. Didn’t bother us much and couldn’t beat the price and location, but I could see how it might bother some.

Rustic and restful. Consistent breeze from the marsh. Quiet,respectful neighbors.Close to everything we love in Wells: Congdons, Blue Horizon, Billy's Seafood, the beach and even Walgreens! We'll be back.

This is like glamping, great place to sleep, shower, eat if needed. Very clean, great communication with host.

Great location!

Small rustic cottage. Bathroom and shower are tiny! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Nice to have kitchen so you don’t have to eat every meal out. We would stay again.

Great spot for a gal and her dog.

My black lab and I had a great visit! Between their pool and the ac in the New England heat wave the property is close to the beach and Congdon’s, what more could anyone need in Wells?

The hosts were great. However, the cottage we stayed in (#6) was tiny. It should not be rented for longer than 2 nights. The toilet has no door, as there is no space for one. Very little space if you want to unpack. Overall, the accomodations were “trying”

Quaint cottage

Perfect for two adult and our pup for a quick trip. Cottage is small but functional. Kitchen has all the basics, bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is perfect! You can walk across the street for amazing coffee and donuts and it is a short trip to the beach. The skylight is above the bed so if you stay in the summer and are sensitive to light bring an eye mask or plan on waking up with the sun.

We have to leave 3 days early because of the condition, there was no bathroom sink, when I used the toilet I have to go and wash my hands in the kitchen sink

Honeymoon

Loved the cabin and the location. Seeing the ocean so close and having the pool was wonderful. Will stay again. Cabin was so cozy and clean.
