Cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental rate. Towels must be brought by the tenant or can be rented on site for 175 euros. Bed linens also need to be brought by the tenant or can be rented for 175 euros. Pets are allowed upon prior request for an additional fee of 50 euros per stay. No smoking inside and parties are not allowed.
