Stylish and Comfortable RV in 55 plus Community

ONE RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 55 YEARS OLD, SECOND RENTER AT LEAST 45 YEARS PER COMMUNITY RULES- NO CHILDREN OR PETS

This is a small and cozy Class-C RV located in a growing area of Naples, Florida. You will stay in a well kept and active 55 plus community that is close to everything sunny Naples has to offer. While we love kids and pets, we cannot accommodate either in this community. The homeowner association requires proof of age and registration information prior to check-in. Renters staying over 30 days must also have a background check. The guest must pay a $100 fee for this vetting.

The community of Holiday Manor is in fast growing East Naples and is about 9 miles to Marco Island and about 9 miles to Downtown Naples. Additionally, there are lots of restaurants, grocery and shopping within a mile. It is located on Henderson Creek which is navigable by a small boat or kayak and connects to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat launch for small vessels and a kayak that can be available for your use with prior notice.

The RV is a well equipped 24ft unit, perfect for two people. It is has with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer and kitchen area with a sink. This is a studio type unit with the sleeping space incorporated into the living space. It is equipped with 2 full size beds, one is above the driver's seat so requires climbing a ladder. The unit is set up with everything needed for preparing meals, linens and towels are provided - Just bring your suitcase.
A great outdoor space with comfortable seating, dinning and a fire pit is provided for outdoor living.

Be aware that the inside space is small, the shower is typical of RV's and is 36L x 22W x 72H (inches).

That being said, this is South Florida and most of your time is spent outside. That is why we have put extra care into making the outdoor area inviting and comfortable. Eat your meals in the screen dining area and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine after dinner by the gas fire pit. You will love spending time in your private outdoor space.

The community also offers a pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy. There are many community activities that you are welcome to join such as card games, shuffle board tournaments and golf outings and a billiards room. You can mingle with other residents or relax in your own space. A coin laundry is provided in the community space by the pool.
