Other things to note
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 p/day from November thru April. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
