“Nestled in the heart of the high peaks region of the Catskill Mountains.”

Located on Phoenicia’s iconic Main Street where you can walk to grab a Neapolitan-style pizza, an ice cream cone, or a growler of local beer. Our property runs along the Stoney Clove Creek - perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

While unassuming from the outside, this is a cozy studio cottage with everything you would need to explore The Hudson Valley / Catskills.

Note that you are in a stand-alone cottage but are next to the main house.

Our host was up front and accommodating; didn’t have to ask for a thing. The cabin is very well situated—literally across a bridge from town, but simultaneously quiet and relaxing. A little close to the main property, and pretty much located in a large driveway, but still private. Well-equipped cabin for a few days’ stay.

This was the perfect little cottage for me and my husband to stay for the weekend! We had a wedding at the camp near by so it was truly the perfect location for us. Being able to walk a few steps into the town of Phoenicia was also so wonderful! The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Second year staying on this property in the fall. We bring our med sized dog and love it. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully placed including extra towels for the dog and extra blankets. It's so close to all the main street stops, and close distances to great hiking. This year, we hiked Slide Mountain (25 min) and Kaaterskill falls/Inspiration Point (30 min). Close to everything, great views, and more than enough space for our stay.

Booked for the Mountain Jam festival and it was a great location. Decorated and kept very nicely and the creek was lovely. Perfect for my 2 friends and I. 10/10 would stay again!

Wonderful little cabin in quiet town

The inside of the cottage is very pleasant, simple yet tastefully designed, inviting and comfortable. The out side area was disappointing. Although located by the creek the cottage is on the driveway. We stayed there for a wedding event in the area, so it worked fine for us. It is right by the restaurants and stores in town and right off rout 28.

This place was perfect. Super clean, cozy, and great location. Just wish the town had cell service, but that’s not Leah’s fault. I hope to return this summer.

Fantastic stay! We came to the area for hiking and sight seeing for 7 days. The cottage was perfectly located about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. (Kaaterskill, Catskills Visitor Center, Woodstock, Empire State Train Museum.) We cooked some meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Bettina's in Phoneicia was the perfect breakfast spot! The a/c worked impressively well on a hot & humid week. Overall just a lovely spot, you should book with Leah.

Cute Phoenicia Getaway

Leah was an excellent and friendly host. She made check in extremely easy and the cottage was cute, cozy, and clean. It was perfect for our little trip out of the city. It's right off of the main street of Phoenicia alongside a beautiful and relaxing creek. The town is charming and the locals are very welcoming. Would definitely stay again!- Chris

Super cute and clean cottage. The space is small but had everything we needed. I had a question and Leah was super responsive, which was awesome. The bed and sofa were kind of hard for me, but that might just be personal preference. Overall it was the perfect spot for a short getaway from the city!

Perfect cottage in small mountain town

We loved how conveniently lovated the cottage was, right on main street. It also gave excellent access to the mountains with multiple trails around. One of them was within a walking distance. The cottage itself was a nice size and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fact that we were by the stream. We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay if you like hiking and don't need frills. Conveniently located between mountains and interesting towns if you are looking for restaurants, shopping, etc.

Five stars all around

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, clean, quiet little cottage. Everything you could possibly need is there and the location is great for exploring the Catskills. Believe all the great reviews, this place is perfect.
