Antique farm house on pond

A very unique funky shabby chic 1859 old farm house one of the last standing homes from the forgotten town of Mashapaug village. Saved by the wrecking ball and restored by the owner Dave to create a fun fantastic experience of yesteryear . The unique setting conveniently located directly off the highway is perfect for travelers ( but the road noise ) draws back a little from the incredible picturesque tranquil sights and scenes from the pond , wild grease , beavers , ducks , fish , turtles, birds and other wildlife is soon forgotten ( what noise ?)
Take a canoe 🛶 ride a paddle boat go kayaking fishing for huge bass !! On the 19 acre pond Even take a swim in the swimming hole . Enjoy a bon fire 🔥 at night while gazing at the stars so close you can touch them or just sit in the gazebo and relax with wine or a beer 🍻
Play with your pooch in the huge back yard while your steaks a grilling up on the grill on the deck ! The home is upgraded in all the right areas.
