We welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, in a 57 m2 apartment on two levels, totally independent at the end of an outbuilding of our residence.
You will undoubtedly appreciate a fire in the wood stove in the living room and enjoy the calm of the garden.
The nearby region is rich in tourist hubs to discover, starting with our beautiful church.
Many walks nearby.
Lovers of the countryside you will not be disappointed.
The accommodation
The accommodations are composed on the first floor of an equipped kitchen open to the living room.
Fridge equipped with a small freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine.
Crockery, pots, cutlery, dish towels.
TV, vacuum cleaner, broom.
On the living room side, benefiting from a wood stove: sofa bed (sleeps 140), library (books and board games at free disposal), coffee table.
Upstairs: landing room, with storage units, opening onto a bathroom (shower). Toilet separated by partition. Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, armchair. Baby cot
A private shaded garden but not completely enclosed gives access via a first passage to the orchard, and from the other to the entrance to the accommodation on the courtyard side.

Other remarks
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that one of the two windows on the first floor is 20cm above the ground and makes the accommodation potentially dangerous for young children in case they escape the vigilance of their parents. This is why we choose, with the agreement of the parents, to close it open for the duration of the stay.
We also have a spring in the garden, which although secured by a gate, requires parental supervision.
Finally, we personally have two affectionate dogs that you can meet in the garden which is their playground. However, this is why we are sorry that we cannot accept other animals.
