Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- *HOA application fee required: $100 per person or per couple. HOA approval may take a few days for approval so at least a week will be needed prior to any check in once booked.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*. 1 Pet Max and MUST be no more than 24 lbs.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
