Hi dear, thanks so much for your review and comments. I hope you enjoyed your stay. The house was empty for a long period and noticed about the canopy, when they were cleaning for your arrival. We ordered the canopy and didn’t come on time. They are replacing it this week. Thanks :)

Dear James, Sorry about your insatisfacción with your stay at my house. About your comments 1. The house is 12 minutes drive to Lido Key and 20 minutes drive to siesta key . Sorry if you feel that is not close enough. 2, The day of your arrival at 11:54 am , I sent you all the instructions with the codes to open the door to your inbox on the VRBO app. At 4:29 pm you txt me you can not access the home with the code . Not sure what code you were using. I was in a meeting at work and left the meeting to respond at 4:35 pm . Sorry that you consider that difficult to reach. You and VRBO can verify that the codes to open the door were sent at 11:54 am as mentioned above and the time of my response. At 4:35 pm when I was able to respond and also attended your call , I told you that the codes were sent early. You ask me where. I told you to the VRBO app which is the oficial way to communicate with guests. You responded you don’t manage the app that somebody did everything for you. Sorry they didn’t give you all the information . The day prior to you checking out , you texted me at 6:37pm asking me if you can stay later. I was maybe with poor connection, and I didn’t see it until the next day. I have a contract with a cleaning company and they get there at 10:00 am to clean the house and have it ready for the next guest that usually comes the same day. Maybe if you have texted me in the morning i could have contacted the cleaning company to accommodate you a little bit later. You can check my reviews here and other platforms , nobody ever have any comments like yours. I always try to go above and beyond to have my guests happy. So sorry you didn’t feel it that way, Thanks
